Early Sunday morning mishap, and this store stepped up and gave me wonderful service. The Technician Chad was very thorough with the inspection, delivered expert advice, and made it easy for me to decide what I needed. The Adviser Colin allowed my wife, my 3 dogs, and I to wait inside out of the rain. His professionalism is to be commended. Thank you both for being there when we needed help. Let me also say that the price I was charged was more than reasonable. Thank you again. Well be back.

Had appointment for 11:00a.m. didnt get the car in until 12:10p.m. no apology or explanation. Specifically asked for price was quoted $25.00 - $30.00 tops was charged $42.?? again had no explanation or apology. I called on Fri. for appointment on Sat. Had and appointment scheduled lied about it quoted a price and went over by $12.+ lied. Will NEVER go back!!!!!! People beware of anything they promise or quote because they lie to get you inyo their business. This was the First Ave. store.

Ive been taking our personal cars and my company car here for well over a year now. They do a good job of keeping the preventative maintenance up to date for me. WhenI took one of our personal cars nsck in for a replacement tire covered under the road hazard I had on a set from last year, they called and said they were replacing all due to recall on the set I had purchased. $0 cost involved.
