I went there on Christmas Eve for oil change. I asked them how long will it take to take care of all that (which was just an oil change). He said, it will take about 15 minutes to get me in, and another 30 minutes to change the oil. I own a Chevy Express 3500, so it is a 1ton truck. After waiting about 15-20minutes, the owner of the shop(I guess), came to me and told me that they have checked the back of my van and I had to much stuff, it was too heavy for them to use a regular lift. And the heavy duty lift is in use, and will be ready for use in approximately in 3 hrs. To make long story short, I came back after 3 hrs, they were "almost done" with my truck. And just before taking off, the owner let me know that I have a air leak in my rear tire. I said it is impossible! Period! He was going to show me the problem. What I saw, was broken air valve in the rear right tire. After having conversation, who broke it? Who is going to pay for it? He stated, buy the air pressure sensor for $70 and I will replace it for you for free, usually I charge $35 for such service. I said that I am not going to pay for it, and also he said that he is not going to give new sensor. So, he put just a regular valve, without a sensor, in my rear tire, and now whenever I start my van I see the message, check your rear right tire pressure. It is pain in the neck. He fixed one thing, and damaged another one! Why should I be responsible for damage he caused? And by the way, I have gotten 4 pieces of tpms sensors on ebay for $69.99. Will never use them again.

I brought in a new car which was a replacement for another car that had been totaled in a car accident. I was referred to Luis by the Discount tire from around the corner for a replacement wheel stud. I showed up late in the day with no hope of getting in that day but Luis said "I will help you" and he did. I was also having electrical issues which Jamison quickly diagnosed as a bad ground, and they repaired that. Over the next week, Luis, Jamison, and the crew replaced my brake pads all around. They replaced my Coils with Heavy Duty coils that I needed for my work, they added a 2nd battery and reconnected the wiring for my hitch box accessory. These guys were professional, courteous, fair, and did a fantastic job at a fair price. I recommend Luis and his crew to anyone needing Auto repairs. Youll be treated fairly. Thanks!

If you want somebody who will lay out all the facts and even take you through all the parts of the car that are going through their issues this is the right auto shop for you. The have continued to be friendly, attentive, and also respectful of you time, money and mood. They also will help out with applying as many services as they can within the limits of your budget and time. And most of all to like is the fact they will be willing to listen to you and work with you through your times of need. The prices are more than fair, and also they are skilled enough to tackle cars old and new, domestic or imported. Which is something rare and should be treasured in the automotive industry.

Brought my 2009 Honda Pilot in to replace the rear brakes. Required new rotors along with the pads which was expected based on the amount of grinding noise they were making. CarX was able to get to them quickly, service was very friendly, gave me a ride to/from the office and price right where Id expect it to be for this kind of work. They did not try any kind of upsell and noted that the front brakes were still in good shape and only through about half of their life.

Had an electrical issue that was draining my battery. The mechanic was very honest about everything they were doing and found where the shortage was and fixed it. Price was reasonable for the peace of mind they have given me. Definitely recommend this Car X location. He also did not try to sell me services, instead he recommended to keep an eye on my alternator since its power is declining. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff.

These guys are very friendly and professional. They clearly explained the issues and the work that needed to be done. It took longer than expected due to some rusted bolts, and they wanted to be careful not to break them. They provided a free rental car until they were finished. They also fixed a minor unrelated issue as well as gave me an oil change free of charge. I highly recommend this place.

I went for differential oil change to Carx autoservice. A month later on my carfax report appeared that my car has a problem with the suspension. The report was from Carx auto service. I dont know what kind of game is that,but i would never go back there. Now im trying to sell my car and everybody think that the car has a problem. In the same time the suspension is perfect. Unbelievable.
