if there was a posibility to leave a worse review I would do it. They did the alignment to my car wrong that lead in excessive balding in the inside part of the tire, but the outside was fine. This happened after installing NEW tires. With wrong alignment the tires were completely bald, you could see the wires in the tires, only after 4 monts!!! the tires were in such a bad condition that they could explode anytime, and Im driving with a baby, God knows what couldve happen if I didnt need an oil change and masterve missed to see tires condition! We had couple shops taking a look at the car and everybody said that the cause is bad alignment. we called in the CarX to explain the situation and make an appointment ASAP since it was Saturday and that meant that if the tires are not done today - is another week of driving with this condition! The guy on the phone presented himself as the manager and said that we can come in. we came in as scheduled and he said that it will be couple hours till they have a look at the car. With a baby on hands and an appointment to the doctor 3 hours spent at CarX sounded crazy for THEIR MISTAKE... Ghe guy who presented himself as a manager was not the actual manager and he didnt have a badge! weve maid an appointment for that Saturday afternoon and my wife drove in for the appointment. After taking a look at the car they said is everybody elses mistake except their. but the new tires were compromised and we needed new tires ASAP, this meant a 200$ that we were not expecting to spend... They never apologized. They made an alignment again and they didnt want to talk to me on the phone while my wife was in with the car, so I had to leave work early and come in and talk to the fake manager. He never answered none of my questions just OKed everything and said that this is not their fault... In the end he gave me real managers card and said to call him on Monday. I couldnt wait till Monday to solve this issue because we needed this fixed, we are driving with a baby and exploding front wheels on front wheel drive car was not a part of our plan. Whos mistake was that?! That after bad alignment the NEW tires have uneven signs of wear and in the inside part you could see the wires?!? Who needed to pay for the new tires? I wish I could post a photo so I guys could see.... Take care of you and your family and never trust your car to this guys!!

I visited this Car-X location on a Saturday in order to get a vehicle inspection done because I needed to try n figure out why my car was pulling to the right so badly. After calling numerous other local chain stores, such as Merlins, Quicklube, Goodyear & Firestone only to be told they could not help me or wanted to charge me just to take a look I figured I would try Car-X and Im glad I did. I spoke with Mike, the district manager, and he told me to bring it right in & there would be no charge to have a look, exactly what I was hoping to hear. I try to do most/all of the work on my own vehicle(s) & know my car pretty well. Being a professional driver I spend a lot of time in my car & am in tune with the vehicle, so I usually know what it needs or what its trying to communicate to me. That being said, I liked the professional manner that the Car-X team displayed & the fact that they bring you out to the car, show you whats going on & explain things very well. I also spoke to 2 other customers that day who said they too have been going to this location for a while because of their positive experiences, so that was nice to hear. In the end I needed to get 2 new tires (old ones were worn down to the steel belts) and an alignment, but I cant say I was surprised given the symptoms the car was exhibiting. $350 and a couple of hours later I was back on the road. The technician who worked on my car, Rich, did a great job & went over a few things with me as well, just to make sure I knew as much as possible. I always want as much information as possible, so I definitely appreciated that. Overall I would say that this is one of the better shops and if I end up needing additional work done that I cant take care of then this will be one of the few shops I would trust to work on my car.

I am not one to write reviews but I must mention the outstanding service that Manager Bill Spencer and Master Technician Jim Fusha have provided to me. This weekend was no exception and true to form the Car-X staff has really outdone themselves and gone the extra mile. I have been bringing both my wife’s 2004 Saturn Vue and my 1994 Geo Prizm to the shop since about 2009. I have lived in the area since 1997 and I have had a few other used cars since then that have required repairs. Since meeting the technicians and staff at Car-X I have never needed or wanted to get service from someplace else. This past Saturday my wife’s starter stopped working in her 2004 Saturn VUE and true to the Car X name and warranty the starter was replaced without issue. However, Jim ,as he always does, carefully checked all the car’s other components and found that the car needed a tune up and that my wife’s tires were too bald and no longer safe to drive on. Safety first! The tune up was performed and the tires replaced making the car safe again for me and my family. Both Bill and Jim have always provided friendly courteous service to me and my family. Bill has always explained and help educate me on the work that needs to be done while giving me a rock bottom price that I can manage. Jim always does a thorough job in checking my car or cars out and he also explains and answers any questions I have. If you want a good relationship from your car service staff and to get straight answers to your car problems make a visit to Bill and Jim. It is well worth your time and your family’s safety!

This CAR-X is awesome. I have 2013 Genesis Coupe 3.8L TRACK w/Manual. I thought my car was good before until I had it serviced by these guys. I usually have my car service by my dealer until one day I went to make an appointment with the dealer and they never returned my phone calls or sent me an email as they promise for prices and services. First my car was making a very slight vibration from the rear of the vehicle at high speeds. So I thought it was balancing but what ended up needed was 4 wheel alignment and new rear tires and these guys took care of me. In matter of fact I think the car drove better than it had when it was new after being service by these guys. While car was in for this service I knew I needed an oil change soon, so I made an appointment with them. Again they did not let me down. They advise me the services I needed for my 52000 mile vehicle. Not only they did the job so well but they let me know some concerns like a dry rubber boot, burned out license plate light and broken screws which hold the cover under the engine. Its the little things that my car dealer never picked up on. My car drives and handles so much better now. My car feels like it has even more power than it ever had when it was new. If you put off making repairs you will only exacerbated the problem. I totally and highly recommend these guys for your next car services. Two thumbs up.
