I had one flat and ended replacing both of my front tires since Ive always replaced my tires in pairs. The gentleman that helped me suggested a certain brand, I looked into them and decided that would be a good tire. They ended up knocking the price down by about $50 for the pair. Not sure if that is just to make you feel like youre getting a deal or if they actually felt bad for me. I get my car back after new tires have been mounted and the rims looked like a blind monkey had put the lugs back on. The rims were scratched to heck around the lug nut holes. I ended up taking the car back and showing them the damage and they replaced both rims with a little grumbling and unhappiness. I dont know that I would return.

Guys are great. They work fast and try to get you out the door and on with your day. Yes, they try and sell you upgrades and services but all shops do, that is what they are supposed to do. What I appreciate is that when you say no yo some offered upgrade thats the end of it and they move on. They get busy sometimes but I take that as a sign they are doing good work. Ask yourself this, do you go to a resteraunt that has no customers. Answer is no, generally a place the is always empty isnt very good. Thanks firestone

This location just doesnt provide the same level of customer service it did when Brad, Erik, and Eddie were there. Everytime I have gone in the last 6-9 mths I feel like I was being nickeled and dimed and god forbid you question them on a service that was provided in the past and its warranty. I no longer go here but I have a family member who does and agrees its just not the same and is currently looking for a new autoshop.

The crew at Airport and Schillingers (close to Krispy Kreme) is outstanding. I do not take my car anywhere else. They know me by name, complete the job in a timely manner and charge a reasonable price. I love the fact that I have a lifetime alignment. That purchase was well worth the money. Eddie is a great addition to Firestone. He works the counter. Eddie has a great disposition and is professional.

I would like to take the time to thank the Management and staff at this Firestone location. They all went above and beyond to help my family and I recently when our car broke down going through town. Brad even drove across town after closing time to pick up a part to fix our vehicle and helped cart my family and I to a hotel when we ended up having to stay the night. They were truly lifesavers. Thank you!!!

I have been to some dirty, low down places in my time, but this place takes the cake. Their whole purpose is to screw you out of your money, by making you buy things you dont need. If you go there, get what you want done and leave. Take none of the poor advice they give you. I took my car there, and got royally screwed.

Tommy (manager) is one of the greatest persons I know, I only know him through Firestone yet he always knows me by name, will always give me a ride to wherever I need to go when I drop off my vehicle, and is the ONLY person I trust with my vehicle. Take your vehicle here....you will be impressed!

Dont bother making a appointment. They wont honor it. Made a appointment for 3:30pm to get new tires put on. Did not end up leaving until 5:45pm. Horrible place. Do not recommend. Not to mention the hidden fees they try to get you with afterwards.
