Looking for an honest repair shop? This is it! Tuffys went out of their way to print documents to prove that the repairs needed on my car were under safety recall and should be done free of charge by the dealer. (The dealer wanted $900). Thanks to Tuffys, I was able to prove to the dealer that this was under recall. Tuffys staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure that their customers are treat fairly. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN! THANK YOU TO TUFFYS FOR SAVING ME OVER $900!

i made a repair for my car at tuffy in feb 2014 and the car was about to kill me will i am driving it i couldnt use the brake at all it stuck prevent me from stop the care at all i was doing reverse to slow it down but it keep going fast till finally it stops by pulling it to the grass i went to anther shop and they discover a round metal piece was in their that is should never be in that place

MAN HAD A JOB INTERVIEW AND MY TRUCK GAVE OUT ONCE I WAS DONE WITH MY INTERVIEW AND WOULDNT START AT ALL THEY JUMP IT AND CHECK IT AND WORK OUT A DEAL FOR THANK GOD FOR THERE HELP AND FRIENDLY TOWARD KIDS TOO I WISH THEY HAD A SHOP IN NORTHWEST INDIANA FOR ALL THE WORK THEY DID AND RUNNIN GOOD NOW

I called for a price and was told ill call you back. In 10 min an hour later I call back and was told we dont give pricing over the phone. I said thanks for the call back to tell me that. Very poor customer servis there

They are awesome guys they really care about your car, and if you need a ride home they bring you home and also pick you up when its ready.
