Timothy- Customer came in after trying to work on the rear brakes of his own car. His statement to us was to check the brakes because he had a noise after his own work. We immediately noticed upon pulling the car in for inspection that the customer had left the lug nuts loose on his right rear wheel and was also missing one. We continued to pull the wheels to check for any other mistakes that were made when the customer worked on his own car. The total charge was $56 for a half hour of labor pulling the wheels, checking the brakes and replacing the missing lug nut. This charge coincides with our hourly labor rate of $97 per hour, one of the lowest rates in the area. Sorry for your confusion Timothy.

I purchase gas with car wash. But the car wash is a totally different location ... when I went in to ask where is the car wash .... she started explaining it to me , I actually had to Google it because she didnt even know, but it was closed at that time. My problem is I DONT LIVE IN THE AREA .WHY SELL ME CAR WASH THAT IS CLOSED! AND EXPLAINING WHERE IT IS . BUL***IT. $7 in the garbage. Manager isnt there to . Basically stealing

I have brought cars to Tony and Ron for the past five years and they have always given excellent service. They work to find the most economical solution based on the model and age of the vehicle and have found after market parts for pricier part. I have sent friends there as well and they too have been very satisfied. I know very little about cars and therefore need to have a service station I can trust.

yeah, i have been doing my auto service with tony since 2004. the services are excellent, and more importantly, they are very honest, some times even suggest me not doing certain services un-necessary.
