I was always very nervous about taking my car to a gas station for repairs ever since I was old enough to drive. one day about 3 yrs ago I had an emergency repair neede for my car and decided to go to the Marathon gas station in Elk Grove Village which is near where I live. So I talked to the owner Manny and told him how I felt about gas station repairs. he assured me everything would be done right and right the first time. well to my complete shock when the car came back to me it was wonderful. I have not gone back to the dealer since.Those mechanics at Marathon are the best around and believe me they care about you and your car.Manny has a great group of mechanics like BOB,RUSS and the other guys there. these guys are the best Im very serious about that .if you need work done on your car take it to the Marathon in Elk Grove .oh by the way I forgot to mention there sincere honesty you cant beat that thanks guys for everything terry mueller

It is such a piece of mind to find a repair shop that I can actually trust. I cant tell you how many times some of the big name shops I have been to tried to either sell or upsell me repairs my vehicle didnt need. When I would ask my boyfriend and he assured me I didnt need these repairs it would frusterate me. Thats not how Elk Grove Marathon does business. They are always very friendly no matter how busy they may be. Russ and Manny know just how to run a repair shop. If you need a repair shop I would definately try out Elk Grove Marathon, their actions and knowledge will speak for itself.

I have been going to EGM for awhile and I wouldnt go anywhere else!!! This place for auto repairs or just getting an oil change is the place to go. Russ and his staff are Very Knowledgeable, Polite, and Friendly! They Always take the time to go over what they have done and informs you of things that may have to taken care of in the future. I Love this place. I do recommend this place to my Family and Friends! I have told strangers when I heard them asking for a place to go to for repairs.

Cant say enough great things about this business. I broke down on the highway and AAA recommended EGM. Russ squeezed me in on a busy day to ensure my car was driveable, and I really appreciated his understanding, explanations, and customer service. I have also spoken with Manny, and both of these gentlemen were honest about what I needed repaired, and quoted me fair prices. Its hard to find a place you can trust to repair your car, and this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I have known Russ prior to Elk Grove Marathon. It was natural for me to go to Marathon where he continues to provide excellent service. Always polite and knowledgeable and personable. All at EGV Marathon are top notch. Even in the worst of weather conditions when I needed immediate help, they were right there and in no time my car was repaired and I was on my way. I trust them and recommend them to all I know.

Russ, the service manager, is very friendly and makes you feel at home in a gas station. You get free coffee and the coffee is super good. Sometimes you see the owner, Manny and he gives really good advice about different things. They send coupons in the mail or by email too. If you have a triple A card,you get a discount also. You gotta give them a try!!!

Im just reviewing the gas station as I have not been a customer of the repair shop. The gas station has good gas prices, but almost no selection of snacks and drinks. The thing that is the most frustrating is that they close VERY early, even on weekends. Ive never seen a gas station close that early.

Very knowledgeable and professionally run business. Everyone is extremely courteous and caring. Elk Grove is lucky to have such a great place to go to for service. Russ is a top-notch service manager and Manny the owner is very caring and appreciative of his customers.

When I moved here 11 months ago there was a local newsletter with an article regarding this business. The owner stated his prices would be within 5 cents of competition !!! Never have I seen that. Consistently between 15 & 25 cents higher than others.........really ???

Elk Grove marathon is simply the best place to take your car as they are very helpful and know the ins and outs of car care. They are also friendly as hell and they wont rip you off like the dealers do. so why go anywhere else .
