I absolutely hate this place. I sent my wife here to get an alignment done on our car while I was at work. They did not perform the job I asked them to do and said that she needs parts that I just had put on by my mechanic at my work. Then they said that they physically checked all of the air pressure in the tires, which I know that they didnt because when I had rotated the tires myself I couldnt reset the sensors. So all the tire pressure display is not accurate on the dash. Thats what they went off of instead of actually doing their job and physically checking the tire pressure. I had the front left tire a little low on air on purpose, they said it was the back right tire that was low on air. Now on the display the back right tire is actually my front left because I rotated the tires myself. They also told my wife that she needs brand new tires on the car before they can do the alignment. I will never go to the Firestone on Miller park way again. To top things off the person who did the check on the car I found out from a friend that they used to work at a different place and got fired because they used to charge people for work that they never did and just pocket the money later by going back into the system and doing a void on the work that was performed. They are just a bunch of scam artists at the Miller park way location.

Dont bother making an appointment! On Sunday I schedule a tire change for Wednesday at 4:00. When I booked my time, a quote for Ecopia tires was included that totaled $509.21. I left work early to make it to this appointment. When I arrived, they questioned if I still wanted those tires because they didnt have any Ecopia tires at their store. I said that I did and they told me it would take them at least an additional hour to get those tires. At that point I had already taken off work and was there so I told them to go ahead. Meanwhile, they wanted me to sign off on the cost, which was now $565! I told them that I was quoted at $509 and after going back and forth they said they would honor the $509 price because of the tire inconvenience. While waiting I did find the quote in my email and showed it to them. They did charge me the $509.21, but the additional tire inconvenience discount was no longer offered. My car was officially checked in at 4:13 and wasnt checked out until 6:37. But they did find time to check my air filter and cabin air filter and said that they needed changing. I never asked them to look into this and declined the additional work. Never once did they update me on where they were at with my car or how much longer it would be until they were finished. Never going to that location again!

Called ahead to get a fuel filter replaced and was told I could bring it in and it would be a wait. Once I arrived at Firestone I was confronted by one of the employees since I asked if I could bring my own fuel filter which by the way I was fine if they werent able to accommodate. And was told no and if I wanted it done it was going to cost me almost a $100 with the filter (which was more than I was told over the phone) and that I would have to schedule an appointment and leave my car for the day. So I told the employee that I knew it should only take no more than 20 minutes versus a more complicated job and I left. I felt it was inconvenient to schedule an appointment for a somewhat simple job and pay almost double compared to other places that will do it same day and I could get it done at the same time. So I ended up going to another local company that night and they did that plus an oil change and a fuel system cleanup in a hour (while I was in my vehicle) and it only cost me just a little over $100 for everything. That was my only bad experience with Firestone and I will never come back for a bad attitude employee and to be overcharged ever again.

This place is f***ing terrible! Five days ago my girlfriend took her Honda in to get an oil change and the messed up big time! This morning while driving to school her car started smoking. We had a friend checked it and he said that there was no oil in the car and there was a leak and the filter was loose. She just bought a new filter from them too. The person who did the work, Juan G., freaking left his white cloth rag over her battery and blocked air intake. When we took it to a better firestone they found that the first place double gasketed the filter causing it to become lose and spill oil everywhere. If we didnt bring it to them right away it would have eventually blown her engine. Freaking ridiculous! Never go to them. They are terrible and will ruin your car! No people skills and terrible mechanics!

Sent my gf here to get an alignment. An hour later she got back ith a quote to replace the "control arms" an 800 dollar job, claimed they were bent and an alignment is not doable. I do most of the work on this car and I knew it was bullshit. cross referenced the part numbers on the quote...was for the strut mount.... nice...... Luckily she came home and only paid the 30 dollar checkup fee. personally, she got taken for 30 bucks..... better than 800. this place is a sham. the boy doing alignments must not know what eh is doing, or just trying to raise their numbers by conning customers. took it to richlen and sons and its driving perfectly for $20 less than this farce of a shop wanted. and guess what.... perfect alignment....

Had a flat tire. They took a scheduled appointment same day on Sunday and got it done in about 30 minutes. I wasnt able to locate a nail when I looked at it so just assumed I needed a new tire. They informed me after the new tire install that they had found a nail. I wish they would have told me so we could have plugged and patched instead. Perhaps the puncture was too close to the sidewall and wouldnt have been effective. Tell them to advise you if they find a nail before new tire install. No brewer game in waiting room was the definition of irony. Nice staff, clean sales floor and waiting room, large 10 bay garage.

I took my vehicle to Firestone to have the front 2 tires replaced and they did it without a scheduled apt. quickly. More importantly, I have had alignments done on this vehicle in the past by Sears and NTB and they were completely unsuccessful, but after Firestone replaced my front tires, they checked my front end for free and somehow they managed to make my vehicle drive better than ever before. I will only use Firestone and most likely this location for any of my tire or alignment needs.

Took my wifes car in for a leaking tire on saturday. I knew it was either a bad seal or a bad stem. They came back and told me it was a bad stem and also the tire pressure sensor was broken. So I bit the bullet and payed the 110 dollars for them to fix it. I just came home on Tuesday and the tire is low again needless to say my next step is a report to the bbb and a call to your corporate office for your shady work. Dont go here save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.
