Was recommended by family and the local auto shop. Needed a check up on my car before my road trip. Called on Thursday to make an appointment for Friday, and they got me in on Friday morning. Dont book appointment online, it goes through a nationwide system that screws it up and effectively doesnt do a thing ( I encountered this before at Gerber auto booking system as well, just call in is my advice). Anyway, dropped off at 9 and had a call by 10 with the assessment. Joe was very courteous , took his time explaining everything step by step, made sure to go over pricing, and answered questions. Work was done fast and efficiently and I was left more than satisfied (even though paying for repairs is never a fun thing to go through). Compared to going to my dealership shop (which ive always done) this was painless and where as at the dealership I wasnt caught off guard by the end total for the repairs. Ill be back for other tune ups and recommend the service to others.

Im not quite sure what Qemixs problem is... these are dedicated trained professionals with over 100 years of automotive experience in that shop. Joe and Anthony are couple of hard working guys who will go the extra mile to help you and make sure ALL your concerns are handled. To go out of your way and insult them this way is laughable. If installing your sweet "after market exhaust system" was so easy why not do it yourself next time? Or better yet do your suspension work on your own and you will realize what they do day in and day out isnt as easy as they make it seem. As for the time it took them its called LABOR TIME. This is the same with any othe place you plan on going to. Do you do this to every shop you go to? VERY IMMATURE. I will only recommend this shop to all my friends and family in the highest regard.

Went in for a 15 minute oil change, and I was told that they were backed up and it would take up to 90 minutes. While I was disappointed about the wait, it was lunchtime and I needed it to get done. I left the car and went to lunch. In about 20 minutes I received a phone call stating the car was done. When I picked up the car, the manager told me about a misaligned belt and too high tire pressure. The basic fix was to keep an eye on both of these issues. Bottom Line Was concerned about my time! Fast Honest Thorough Great deal! I will not go anywhere else for an oil change!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got fair pricing on tires here. Customer service was great, and the waiting area was clean. After having tires replaced a few days later I noticed the tires were out of balance, one of the weights must have fallen off while I was driving. It was during the week and I had work, but the shop had their mechanics stay late so I could get my car fixed as soon as possible. 5 out of 5 stars!

Im only here for an oil change, so I wont claim the full rger of experiance, but I can say that with a long row of cars parked outside, they got me in right away. With a mailer coupon, an oil`change & tire rotation are 19.95. No hard sell for additional services, but I did get a note of possibly leaking calipers for a future visit.
