I usually dont write reviews but their service and the "TRUTH FULLNESS" made me to write one. When ever I take my car for oil change or any filter changes I used to ask my old parts just to make sure they are not putting my old one back. I read lot of reviews that few auto shops does that. So i did the same and asked my old air filters back. He could have given that to me back but what he did is something very different. He politely walked me in to his workshop and showed me what are the old parts which are gonna replaced and where it gonna replace and why we need to replace - Yup all the questions. He packed the old filters in front me and gave it to me back. And the second thing he did is the new filter which is changed is not the exact match for my vehicle so he told he is getting one exact match. He Could have stopped by that , but he did validate the price of the new filter and and confirmed me it is A dollar fifty less. Why should he tell me that ? $1.50 might be small amount but $1.50 is a $1.50. He reduced that amount in my bill. I would have believed even if he said both filters are same price. That act deserves an applause. MANY WORK FOR MONEY AND ONLY FEW WORK FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SCHAUMBURG AUTOMEDICS IS ONE AMONG THEM. Great Job!!

I moved to this area about 3 years ago and needed to find a place I could trust. Schaumburg Automedics far exceeded my expectations in all areas. They know what they are doing, they are fast, and their pricing is more than fair. And in all the times Ive used them, never once has the final price been different from what I was quoted. Actually, there have been a few occasions when the final came in for less! I have recommended these people to everyone I know, and even if you arent located close to them, what youll get in return in terms of reliability will more than offset the distance.

Honest, trustworthy and fast! Got a fair estimate and they took the time to talk to me about my car and its problems and educate me about them, not just rush me out the door like some places would do. I took the car in this morning and got it back at 4, the same day! They also gave me a ride home after dropping my car off and picked me up to come and get it. The other reviews on here say similar things, and Ill echo them. Great customer service unlike anywhere else, from people who genuinely care. Dont waste your time taking your car anywhere else!

One of the best services i have ever had. I took my Rx-8 which had a issues with secondary injection pump and etc. The way Scott had worked in the car and explained me everything with regards to the issues. He called me with regards to whatever changes they were doing on my car. Highly satisfied with the work. It was extremely happy getting my car back and felt like it was brand new :)..

JJ Jobst tried to upsell me on a timing belt, getting new tires, and new brake job. I just replaced my brakes last year, and I checked myself that they are in good condition. Schaumburg Automedics prices are higher than all other providers in the area. I paid for $135 for a coolant service that should have been under $100. I will tell all my friends to stay away from this place.

Brought my 2002 Bonneville here several times with problems. They were always upfront, honest, and very quick with repairs. Not to mention fair prices. My dad and a family friend had always done most of my car work before I moved to the suburbs and this place made me feel like I was still getting the same honest advice. Great service, quick response, wonderful prices, all around a great experience. They kept me informed of the issues, calling at least 2 times, they worked hard to find the problem not just giving up when it didnt happen on the first try. You can trust JJ and his staff to tell it like it is and charge a fair price for quality repairs. They wont try to upsell or scare you into doing unnecessary work. If something needs attention, theyll point it out and give you an honest assessment of if/when it will need to be repaired. JJ has earned my business and my trust.

Ive been going to them for over five years. Theyre honest, efficient and their prices seem reasonable. They do great work and they never try to get me to do unnecessary repairs on my car. They tell me how much life I have left on things like brakes instead of telling me I need it done now. These guys are great!

I took my car to Schaumburg Automedics after getting shocks and springs installed at Speed Inc. This place is amazing JJ had his alignment guy do a road race alignment on my Trans Am. All I can say is WOW!!!! My car performs amazing and drives straight as an arrow. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!!
