Would of gave them a fifth star but I had once concern. Apparently my battery has to be replaced because its practically "dead." Didnt get it replaced because it was a little pricy (for the type of battery my car needs) So just for curiosity I stopped at Autozone to get it tested. Apparently my battery IS 100% charged so Im not exactly sure whose telling the truth. HOWEVEW, Their customer service is awesome! Got oil change & tire replacement in less than an hour and a half; which to me was pretty fast! In general, their service is fast & extremely helpful & friendly. Would still recommend!!! :)

The woman I spoke to at Firestone told me I could purchase a lifetime road hazard warranty with free tire rotations. When I got there, they said they knew who told me that, but would not honor what I was told because I didnt buy the tires from them. The man was very rude & condescending. They then wanted to charge me $60 per tire to get them off because I did not have the key for the tire locks. I took the tires to Tires Plus in Oswego for a cheaper install ($7 less per tire) & $0 charge for not having the tire lock key. Tires Plus knows how to treat their customers.

I had purchased 2 tires back in Dec of 2015 and I just recently tried to get my tires rotated this December. I went to the Firestone and told them the situation and they came through at no charge to me because they put the tires on and one of the lug nuts was stripped. FIRESTONE Could hAve said I had to pay or anything but they took care of me because thats how a great business runs and I recommend anyone to use them because the customer service is phenomenal!!!

The Firestone outfit at the New York/Eola intersection is first-rate - Ive had them service our last four cars with excellent results. If you have a Firestone card you can get some terrific coupons in the mail for service (for example, a full-synthetic oil change for $32). Customer service is first-rate, and they dont try to fleece you for more $$. Thanks, Firestone!

Brought my car in for as repair, they told me it would cost 1300 to fix and so I paid it and it never got fixed, brought it back and they still didnt fix the problem. I come to figure out that im not only paying them that money but they caused more damage to my car and refuse to fix it, worst costumer service ive ever expirienced

100$ just for a diagnostic, only to have them tell me they arent sure what the problem is but they will do 800$ in repairs just to give it a try. No thanks, even better both problems were clearly present during the short drive home

Best customer service in town, Great stuff, Gerardo Garcia( Store manager) is always helpful, he saved me over 3000 by advising me to go see the dealer. I highly recommend this place.

These guys are pretty good. I go here for all my oil changes and tire rotations. They will do miscellaneous reairs as well.
