I got a call at about 12:30 that my parts arrived & that my car would be done at the end of the day. So I leave work an hour early (I work in Greencastle) & when I get there, the receptionist said, "oh I was just about to call you. The parts that came in didnt fit." Now you know that even if the mechanics went to lunch first, they knew by 2:00 or so that the parts didnt fit. I didnt find out until 4:30 - after leaving work without pay & borrowing somebody elses car. This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive ever encountered!

I blew a tire just a few blocks from this business. The customer service was outstanding! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When the tech saw that my tire could not be aired up back up, he put the spare on to get me down the road to a tire shop and didnt charge me a dime. I dont live locally, but if I ever happen to have car trouble again while Im in the Brazil area, this is definitely where I will be taking my car.
