I will give it 2 stars because the tire portion was well taken care of and priced better than most places. For tires only I would rec. this place but NEVER again for brakes. We all know that rotors are pricey when needed which I expected to replace. But what irritated me was an additional $33 charge to clean and adjust (Which in my opinion should be part of the service already!) and also how they told my wife that the brake fluid was dirty and that thay should change it. She said ok, ....but they never told her any price. So when I see another $82 fricken dollars on the bill for this, I decided to give this review. Not telling a consumer how much something is, and performing it even with their ok, is a form of deception in my mind as the price was hidden until it was too late and you have to pay it if you want your car back!!! So, if you want tires, they have good prices and selection. If your looking for brakes or other service, dont forget the KY lube.

Not going back there. I went in at 8:30am to make an appointment for oil change they schedule me at 10am. Went back at 10:00am they were busy so I waited but then it was 11:00am and I was still ok, what made me mad was that they help 3 walk-ins who showed up after me instead of me. Horrible costumer service never going back, I bought my car tires there but am not doing it again.

We have taken 3 cars there and on two of the cars we had to take them back because the job was done wrong. The third we took to another shop because their estimate was too high, turns out they messed with the car so more codes came up on the obd so instead of having the original 2 codes I had 4 now... never going back overpriced and work badly done.

I needed last minute work done on my car before a 4 hour drive the following morning. I spoke with the manager Emmanuel and he spoke with his tech Tag and they figured out a way to fit me in. They both went above and beyond to ensure that I had safe trip. I would highly recommend this Firestone!

These folks are so awesome!!! They took care of my car last minute before my vacation when sears auto had royally screwed up, and at the same time you can tell that the employees there are well trained. They clearly take pride in their work.

Unprofessional talking while eating over an hour for a oil change I had an appointment at 12 its past 1pm my carm has been waiting for 45 min to change oil while the guys inside talk and eat food as I wait back to jiffy lube

Very pleased with my first visit here. I moved recently and this was the nearest Firestone shop. The service advisor was VERY helpful, knowledgeable and best of all, honest. Making this my new "go to" shop for my Jeep.

Recently went in for an oil change (which is on special until the end of the year) and they did some extra warrantied work since my tires needed to be rotated and one of them needed to be fixed. It was awesome!

Awesome prices and got us in and out within 20 mins. Broke a tire valve and was leaking air and was in a hurry and they did it for only $18 as opposed a a private shop down the road asking $35!
