I JUST LOVE THESE GUYS! ~ I have been coming to this place for years and would NOT change for the world! I star coming here before 1995, when it was a little shop...I was just lost when it was close for while due to rebuilding ...all for the better...they have taking care of me ALL these years and still do...the staff starting from the Owner the managers down to all the kids that i have met over the years are just wonderful professional, polite, caring... and they all know their stuff... they are just wonderful people. The work is great the service is great quality and very fair pricing... Like I said, they all have been great guys over the years...and no one have never disappointed me, I could not say one bad thing about this place if I try... it just would not be fair. ~ Every time I walked in the place I have been always treated like i am the only one that matter in the world.. (But is just who they are... they are just great with every one) They are always there for me...no matter what the problem is they always have a solution. And God knows I had have plenty of problems.. My all family even my grandchildren comes here! I tell my friends, and total strangers about this place... I would be lost without them... The most Honest Caring Nice people I have ever meet in my life. I just love Brend and Louis. Loyal happy costumer and this is from the bottom of my heart. (Sorry, Im not a great speller...lol..) Ive done business with these guys many times throughout the years with my cars. These are the honest guys in the tire business. I always phone for a quote and the quote never changes when I come in, even if its a month later. I did business with them at the Hoffman Estates location quite a few times before they closed that location. I have 7 children and Ive purchased tires for all of their cars throughout the years. One time during a tire emergency situation, I called the Discount Tire in Elgin for one of my younger sons that was broken down on Randall Road without a spare. I received a quote to replace all 5 tires including the spare. The quote was an out the door price. I told my son who to ask for and what the quote amount was. After the work was completed, the price was increased by just over $200.00 and even the management wouldnt agree to lowering the price. They said I was mistaken on the quote and they stood their ground! They said they didnt have any quote in the computer and their salesman didnt remember talking to me. Ive talked to others that have experienced the same thing. That has NEVER happened at Suburban Tire. I always feel confident when referring business to Suburban Tire in Hanover Park! Thanks for being the honest guys in the tire business!

Weve been coming here for years and usually they are great, today they were awesome! I hit something on the road and got an immediate flat. Luckily I was close so I was able to drive here. They fixed my flat and changed all 4 of my tires in about an hour which is awesome since I have 2 kids and of course its the day I forget my diaper bag. On the way home I then noticed my breaks were acting up from the flat so I came back in and they cleaned them up free of charge and got me back on the road fast! They even offered my son something to eat since it was lunch time and we were pretty much stranded! They always have deals going on and they really stand by their work. 2 thumbs up to suburban tire!!

Ive been to this location several times for different services including purchasing tires and getting oil changes. I am extremely happy with the service every time. I was in need of another tire so I returned today and was blown away by the service. I was in an accident where someone rear ended me and as a result my bumper was hanging. While getting a new tire, Ozzie rigged my bumper and it no longer hangs! It looks 1000 times better!!! Thank you for that! I was shocked and elated when I went to pick up my car. Their speedy and great customer service has definitely earned a loyal customer!!!

Their facilities are nice and clean, it is very inviting for potential customers. I also would like to commend their choices of refreshments for the waiting customers (they had coffee and Tazo tea, with Starbucks cups!). I just hoped theyd inform their customers on each service that will add to their total expense, like if ever the oil filter will be changed. Also, do they automatically add synthetic blend oil if you dont request full synthetic? I think they should be the one to ask their customers what they would want for their car in terms of that as well.

Ive searched for a while for a shop that I could completely trust my car with and finally found one with Suburban. Very clean looking shop, nice waiting area with an awesome coffee machine and the staff there are quite friendly. Their prices are very fair, considering the quality of work being done. Ive gotten my Subaru Foresters brakes done, oil changed and bought new tires there. Also, all ties come with free rotations and rebalances! Discount charges $18 bucks for this!

I visited Suburban Tire on the directive of a friend and long time customer. I had the tires on my car replaced. Not only did they damage my wheels they did not properly balance my tires. My car that was driving very well prior to my visit would shake at 60 mph. I took my car to another tire place where they corrected the balancing errors made by Suburban Tire. I would not recommend them for any work and will certainly never return.

Satisfied with the work. My reason for 3 stars is a few hours after I had a brand new tire put (2/18/16) on my girlfriend came home from work and said she had called Discount Tires on Irving Park also in Hanover Park and they were offering the same tire installed for $190. Thats $41.22 cheaper than the $231.22 I was charged here at Suburban. So Im pretty annoyed I paid an extra $40. The service was fine the price is way high.

The experience i have had at suburban tire in Hanover Park is outstanding. The service i have had both from Brent and Nathan have been great and i have had nothing but positive things and good feed back. They both know what they are talking about and give the customer the most satisfactory service and the best options for each customers car. They also have the best prices out there. I really recommend coming here.

Ive worked in several garages, and i am a big time do it youselfer, hate paying anyone to do anything i can do myself. That said, this is the only shop that i bring any of my cars to. Oil changes in the winter when its too cold in my garage, tires, alignments, transmission fluid etc etc these guys have always taken care of me. Great attitudes, pleasant smiles, quick reliable work and no fluffing the bills.

I would recommend anyone going here call ahead for hours. They say theyre open until 6pm on Fridays but if you get there 20 minutes before closing they will not assist you, even for something as simple as a patch. They were cleaning up and refused to assist. I recommend discount tire in Irving. They happily took me at 555 and also closed at 6. Patched the tire and I was on my way by 615
