If I could rate this place lower I could. Ive become kind off particular with the iced teaI drink lately. And Ive become quite fond of the Pilot and Hooks unsweetened tea. Can you guess what the garbage Road Ranger doesnt have? Iced tea of any kind. Barely any parking. Parking at the other, much nicer truck stop a 1/4 mile west and glad half mile east. They dont honor loyalty points. I think the diesel pumps were from when Moses was building the ark.

A lot of the bad reviews seem to be coming from truckers who say the lot is small. I cant comment on that as Im not a trucker, but if I were I would appreciate the dining options nearby. This gas station gets 5 stars from me though for its Ranger Rewards program, which is better than just about any credit card rewards for gas if gas is below $3.00 a gallon. For anyone local, I would suggest looking into the program as it is .15 off every gallon of gas.

Recommended! For a small Road Ranger/ Pilot they have a decent amount of products, 2 showers, friendly staff, good coffee, clean, average IL price on diesel. More parking behind Dairy Queen and motel. Several hot food places around easy walk: Dennys, DQ, Pizza hut, McD, Taco Bell, BK. Outlet mall with 30+ stores across the street. Nice area to hang out, jog, walk, etc.

If the drivers actually knew how to back in and keep it tight you could easily fit more trucks in here. I woke up 2 jerk offs who were hogging up two spaces each and help another driver and myself Park. get with the program people. We have enough battles with cars and crappy shipping people all day. work together. inside this road ranger needs more supplies as well

This is just about the nastiest, dirtiest place Ive ever been to. No one cares about this place and it shows. Satellite side rarely works on diesel pumps yet no one bags them off to show theyre down, fuel lines leak, smells like a rotten carnival..very gross.. Go about a half mile east for cleaner, safer parking with better smelling air & a well kept lot.

Worst experience at a pilot. Coffee and supplies out. Windshield washer out. No towels for windshield washing. Bath rooms nasty and partly non functional. OnevGas pump not functional. Loyalty card didnt work.

Employees friendly. Bathroom had two stalls. New, clean and stocked. Baby change table outside stall so no wait. Paper towel. No hand dryer. Had 4 choices for reg coffee and cappuccino. Almond joy..yum yum

The place is small but has everything that you probably need. The best for me are the many options around to eat and buy. There is a outlet mall just a cross the street.

Best place for trucker to shop across the street for Christmas gifts ...recently bought by Pilot..and yumny Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizza also across street...

It is what it is. If youre a driver, then get here early if you want a parking spot. Its not a pilot/ flying j so dont expect it to like the others.

Its a pilot/road ranger. Small lot, maybe 15 trucks can fit. Dennys, Pizza Hut and a DQ within a short walk.
