Went to this place for the $19.99 oil change as advertised on their sign and it was all downhill from there. They charged me a ~$5 hidden fee at the bottom of my receipt where they usually just put the tax that I did not notice (and therefore did not dispute) until I was out of the shop and had already paid. Not only that, but their service guys are inexperienced- they forgot to replace my drain plug gasket when they did the oil change! So, I had to take it somewhere else to get looked at because it was leaking oil. The only way to solve the problem was to change the oil again. So, I paid for a second oil change less than a month after the one I got at Acorn Tire. But, wait, this isnt all. While my car was getting an oil change, someone called me from the shop and said my windshield wipers needed to be changed and itd be $20. I said sure. I hadnt changed them in a while and thought this would be easier than changing them myself. I didnt use the windshield wipers for the first few weeks (because weather did not permit it), but when I did I noticed that they were warped. They did not wipe a 5 inch chunk of my windshield on the passengers side (at least it wasnt the drivers side). Needless to say I will NOT be returning to this shop and I recommend every one else do the same unless you want to complete double efforts on all the work they do on your car.

Very good place!!! I have been bring my car to acorn tire since they opened about 2 years ago. From day one they have treated me very nice and even offer to pick my car up when i cant make to the shop that day. The service manger jose explaines whats wrong with the car very well and will even take you into the shop to show you whats wrong most shop just expect you to know what they are talking about here in completely different very honest people dont expect you to buy everything at once they explain whats wrong with the car by whats needed at that time you are there. The mangers up front are very nice when the answer ther phone they even remeber you face when you walk through the door tell me you get that anywhere else NO! overall i would not bring my car anywhere else but this place!!!!!!

This store charged me with hidden fee (miscellaneous fee) that was $25 more than another Acorn store which I visited for my another car in the same month for the same service (transmission flush). The manager was rude when I showed him my receipt with another Acorn and asked why he charged me with $25 more while other Acorn store did not. He told me it was not refundable because of the Acorn system. He was a liar. ……There is another story. This person also charged me with $107 for auto part itself (not including labor fee), which you may buy from online by $17.67,or from the car dealer by $60. If you go to this store, you have to be very careful before you slide your credit card. This store is not recommended.

Everyone at Acorn Tire was very professional and very knowledgeable. I went in because my passenger front tire kept going flat. They looked at the whole tire, couldnt find a nail or anything. So they pumped it back up and didnt charge me for it. I drove off the lot and parked and figured out my valve stem was leaking so thats why they couldnt find it. Brought it back right away and they made sure my car got on the lift right away. Within another 20-30 minutes, they brought me out to show me what was wrong and fixed the problem. I would definitely take my vehicles back there again for any other issues.

I have to give them 2 stars after servicing my needs for 4 years. I came in for a basic tire swap and was told they no longer do this. This is very upsetting and they have lost all my business to include my other vehicles. After just reading Franks reply all I can say is I brought the same tires in months prior and a single tire a time before and machine worked fine. His techs did say they did get a new machine. So I will give them the benefit of the doubt however Discount Tire can handle my truck and my tires so sadly I still wont be going to Acorn Tire. Bump it up to 3stars.

The honesty and integrity I have experienced at Acorn Tire and Auto Repair is unsurpassed. I first took my car to Acorn several years ago after being treated terribly and unprofessionally by a Buick dealership. Since that time, there have been many instances at Acorn where Ive known for a fact that their dealings with me have been open and honest, where an unscrupulous auto shop could have easily taken advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge. In my experience, I would highly recommend Acorn Tire at 1580 North Aurora Road, Naperville, for ALL of your automotive needs.

I relocated from the downtown Chicago area to Aurora, I have subsequently needed repairs on my vehicles. I found this place on accident(I was lost). I love this place! They are professional, nice, clean, prompt, and up front with the pricing. Before any of my repairs, they let me know excatly how much it was, and approximate wait time. Ive had some cluckers in my time, and dealt with many repair shops, this place by far rates number 1. Try them youll become a customer for life.

It was a simple headlamp change. I dont have the needed tools or space to disassemble the headlamp itself so I brought it here on recommendation. They gave me a completely reasonable price unlike every other place I called. When you can do the simple easy stuff at an affordable price, thats when you know the big, difficult stuff is going to be the same way!

acorn tire is the best shop i have ever taken my car to. i sprang a leak in my radiator and it acorn was around the corner. they gave me a good price (i called around). the guy brought me in the back and showed me exactly where it was leaking. they even dropped me off and picked me up. i will be going there from now on!!!

Went to Acorn Tire goodyear,because my front brakes where grinding.I met the service manager who took the time to explain what the problem was and how to correct it.I was very pleased with the service and pricing..I will recommend them i the furture to all my friends

Went in today for checking a flat tire. The tire had to be replaced. They did a good job and I got a good deal price wise. To my surprise they took care of everything within 1 hour which was good. Thanks to their prompt service.
