I work for a Chicago management company that manages 300+ associations. When looking for a plumber, A.R.C.E is our first choice. Elizabeth and Ruben are absolutely amazing, they are always responsive, knowledgeable, and just downright awesome. I use them for all small and large projects, but more importantly they are the person to go to if you ever are in a jam and need assistance immediately. I will not tell you how many times A.R.C.E has come to my rescue, I would almost call them my guardian angels. I would recommend this company for any plumbing issues you may have, and if you are not sure if its a plumbing problem.

Arce plumbing came highly-rated. I am very disappointed. I hired them to jet my plumbing lines as maitinance. After they were done. I noticed I was having a problem with a line he came back looked at the lin and told everything was fine. The next few months I continue to have problems with the line having to put my commercial washer out of service and losing Revenue. When I contacted him to tell him I was still having problems he told me he would have to charge me again to get the line that never worked after he did it. That I could have been a repeat customer.

This company installed the incorrect main pump for our building ($3,500+). The water pressure fluctuates significantly. Despite telling me multiple times the pump would be fixed, even if the cost had to be born by arce, they have not fixed the issue. It has been six months to a year and this is still dragging out. They have told me multiple times the problem would be fixed in a week. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Please stay away!!!!

I called this company because my sink line would not drain. They spoke to me very politely and scheduled my drains to be rodded right away. When they arrived they were very clean and respectful of the items in my home. Showed me exactly what they were going to be doing and why the drains got clogged. I will definitely recommend them and will be using them again if I need it. FIVE STAR!

Today July 29 talked to Reuben, supervisor. Told me that he would be at my property at about 5 pm. Called him back at 5:20 and he said hes 20 mins away. It is now 6:37 pm and he has yet to arrive. If the supervisor is this incompetent Im shocked they are still in business. Most likely still in business because they have ties to the city of berwyn. Horrible service.
