ALL I CAN SAY IS "GLORY BE TO GOD" I FINALLY AFTER 2 YEARS... I AM ABLE TO HEAT AND COOL MY HOME.AGAIN STARTING WITH "MIKE DIAL" WHO CAME OUT TO SEE ME ABOUT A COUPLE WEEKS AGO AND HE PRICED ME A NEW HEAT/AIR UNIT. I WAS SUPPOSE TO BEEN BLESSED BY SOME PEOPLE BUYING ME A HEAT/AIR UNIT. WELL, THAT DIDNT QUITE GO AS I EXPECTED... BUT WHEN IT SEEMED AS THOUGH ALL HOPE WAS GONE, I RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP CALL FROM "MIKE DIAL" CHECKING TO SEE IF I WAS TAKEN CARE OF. I TOLD MIKE UNFORTUNATELY NOT, MIKE SAID LET ME CHECK ON IT, I MAY HAVE A WAY TO HELP YOU GET WHAT YOU NEED TO GET YOU UP AND GOING.AGAIN... AND "GOD BEHOLD" BEFORE I KNEW IT... I WAS FINANCED AND TODAY A BRAND NEW 2.5 TON HEAT/AIR GAS PACKAGE UNIT, NEW BREAKER BOX, AND NEW DUCT CONNECTIONS, CUSTOM SHROUD, DRAINED GAS LINE AND LEAK TESTED, WHICH WAS PERFORMED BY A COUPLE OF DOWN TO EARTH AND RESPECTED TECHNICIANS "DANNY AND DAVE". I TRULY APPRECIATE THESE FELLAS HERE. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND EDUCATED ME ON THE EQUIPMENT AS WELL AS MY WARRANTY AND MY "HAPPY HILLER CLUB MEMBERSHIP" WHICH I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT AND TO KNOW THAT "HILLER" WILL BE COMING THRU AROUND THE SEASONAL CLOCK TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS DOING WHAT IS SUPPOSE TO DO... "WOW" LOOK AT GOD!!! WONT HE DO IT!!! . THEN TO TOP IT OFF WAS TOLD MY AIR DUCT SYSTEM WAS TO BE CLEANED BY ANOTHER TEAM, JERELL BELL AND BEN HILL; THESE GUYS WAS JUST AS AMAZING... DOING ALL WHAT WAS REQUIRED FOR MY DUCT SYSTEM TO BE UP TO PART FOR MY NEW UNIT AND HEALTH SAFETY. THEY MADE SURE I WAS EDUCATED ON THEIR WORK AND DID A FOLLOW UP ON THE TEAM BEFORE THEM... LOL... TOO CUTE. <<

After having what I thought was a leaky faucet fixed (informed by Hiller tech/plumber the supply lines needed to be replaced on my pedestal sink which I agreed for him to do), I contacted the owner of Hiller via the companys website and voiced my disappointment in the amount I was charged. The owner contacted me via phone on 8/27/13 at 5:30pm questioning me about my complaint. I explained that although I agree for the tech/plumber to perform the job and was told ahead of time of the cost which was $198 ($220- $22 due to me being a club member) after a recent trip to Lowes I was shocked to see that the "stainless steel supply lines" were less than $10/piece. The owner informed me that his company had a hard year in 2012 and although they are doing better this year (Im sure from cost mark ups) they still have to pass on certain cost to their customers, when I asked what he stated "fuel cost, payment for the girls taking your phone call, supplies, and insurance.....Im sure the supply line that he installed was at least $20 so we would charge you $40 for it to cover our cost." I listened to this man attempting to justify charging me $198 for two supply lines and 15 minute installation for about 10 minutes before he started to question me as to what I thought Lowes would charge me to bring a supply line to my house which I thought was unprofessional because I felt he was being aggressive; however I informed the Hiller owner Lowes would not have to bring it to me as I would drive to Lowes myself to retrieve the supplies I needed. He then reminded me of the companys policy that if a customer is not satisfied with the service its FREE then asked me "what do you think he should have charged you?" I was thinking is this guy seriously trying to argue with me? I replied "$80-$90" as I was thinking $50 for the 15 minute service/labor and $30-$40 cost of supplies. The owner continued to double talk as to why the price I stated would not keep him in business.....I became aware that this mans intentions were not to solve any issue I had but, he was basically responding to a customer complaint as routine by the company. I will say Hiller has forever lost my family as customers and I hope everyone in Clarksville, TN and surrounding counties think twice before contacting this company for any repairs. Although I have 2 more visits on my club (rip off) membership, I will call them requesting a refund....oh one more thing, when another tech/plumber came out to my house on 8/23/13 to perform the first tune up service on my AC unit he tried very hard to convince me my unit was "bad" "old" (11 yr old unit without any issues) and leaking oil while wiping dust from the unit as he spoke showing the dust to me and recommended replacing the unit for one Hiller could install for $6,500!! This company is taking its customers for their money to make up for their profit loss in 2012...DO NOT CALL THEM

Hiller Plumbing from Clarksville, TN has got to have the BEST veting system for hiring. Other service oriented business should learn from them. Because our house is "old" we have a lot of parts to it that are out dated and simply have ceased to function. My husband is in a wheel chair and I am on a cane. We decided we needed a walk-in shower for safety purposes. That is when we found out our plumbing is cast-iron and must be replaced. I called Hiller Plumbing and they sent a young man out. He got us working but told us the bad news. He said Ill come back on Monday with a camera to look inside the pipes at no charge. The news was bad. He then sent someone who could give us an estimate. The young man then turned around and helped us with financing at a very good rate. He also set up the schedule for getting our problem solved. Two men came out on Monday and put n plumbing from the house to the city hookup. I questioned him about what it would look like when they left. He said we will put everything back sow seed and spread hey before we leave. The grass has already come up. It took them one day. This is great when u have only one bath. On Thursday the next crew came. Again it took them one day. But they not only fixed the plumbing under the house, but noticed that my washing machine drain could develope into a problem. They completely reworked it so we wouldnt have a problem in the future. They did not have to do this and this was at no extra charge. Their names are Lucas and Ryan. We had decided to sign up for a yearly check up on our heating, air and plumbing. Several days later a lady ( with the nicest manners) called and asked if she could send a tech to check on our heating system. Ken showed up right on time. Our system has been replaced once in the 50 years we have lived here. It needed a little tuneup. But what I am most impressed with is that my light in my kitchen acted like it was one of those glitter balls you sometimes see in movies on dance floors and thats when it would partially come on. Ken asked if we had bulbs for the light. I said yes but they were in the attic. He just got up there got the bulbs down, put them in and the light has worked ever since then. He also took our trash out for us. You cannot buy service like that. I would recommend Hiller Plumbing to anyone.
