Im a local business owner that used this company to clean our grease traps. Apparently they do not clean the collar on the trap which is only 3 inches, but they are more than happy to charge you a service call to clean it. Sounds like they skimp on quality work so they can charge you to make service calls.... Bad business practices!! Wish the lady on the phone was nicer too........ Looks like not carrying a toilet bowl brush on your trucks just lost you a commercial account.

Called them up yesterday about a busted hose pipe. They were here within about an hour, which was great since another place I had called said they wouldnt have anyone available till the next day. The guys were very nice and had me fixed up in no time. Would definitely recommend them.

Same day service, reasonable rates, detected a second problem and asked before taking care of it as well! As an out-of-area, retired military homeowner, we were quite pleased they accepted payment by phone, to accommodate us!

Rates are OUTRAGEOUS! $225 per hour for weekends and $175 per hour during business hours. Very slow service just to make more money. Never ever again!
