Prompt, slow Saturday but the counter guy was too involved with his phone to talk. I was charged over $100 for full synthetic oil filter lube and tire rotatation. The next oil change was recently done at a dealer, including a brake inspection, $85. This was also full synthetic etc and tire rotation. 2 stars for doing the job, but only 2 stars. There was no attempt for second money. Update: got a nice follow up call. The high price reflects that I asked for amsoil full synthetic. I thought that Amsoil delivered here but that is not the case. It was great that there was a follow up call.

I came in there for an oil change and to check my alignment. They said they were too busy and Id have to make an appointment for a couple days out. They werent at all interested in my business. I took my business over to Sears who were ready to get me in right away. From the attitude I got from the bald guy in there, they really think a lot of themselves. Ill be glad to see the Closed for Good sign in their window.

Was really good but got worse... After Ford telling us that we needed to spend $674 for a new AC condenser and seals, Dooley performed an inspection and fixed the issue for $100. Update: AC had problems again so we did have to get the new parts. Dooley installed them for about $75 bucks cheaper but now the AC us out again while we are in a road trip in Georgia :( Will post outcome.

Clay Dooley is taking great care of our Toyota Highlander and our S Class Mercedes. Service is prompt, staff is super friendly. Waiting area is comfortable and I really appreciate the wifi to be able to bring my work in while I wait. Love Clay Dooley and will refer all my friends and family there

Bought a set of tires and they were great!!! Gave me many options to choose from and without any pressure. I have also used them for Oil changes and again did the job and did it right!! Matter of fact will be there this weekend for another LOF...
