This is one of those places that is out to get you for all that youre worth. I went in for an oil change and they told me that I needed to change out my belts and tubes. I told them that Id hold off on it and went home to check it myself and found that the belts were fine. I went back a while later to get my tires rotated and balanced and, while its being done, one of the guys comes in and tells me that my brake pads are gone and that theyre getting ready to eat into my rotors. Now, I had just taken it to the dealership two weeks before and they told me that my brakes were perfectly fine. So, that little inconsistency (and the fact that I can replace brakes myself for $60 as opposed to their $130) really left me wondering if I had "sucker" written across my forehead. Bottom-line--watch out if you decide to go here. They want to milk you for all youre worth.

I would not recommend for any woman or man who doesnt know enough about automotive vehicles to patron this establishment. Not only do they rack up your bill ,but they also start a job they know they cannot complete because they are not trained or well enough equipped to finish a simple oil change on a European or exotic vehicle . I would expect to be notified before the oil is drained and replaced that the establishment cannot remove the oil filter or even have a new one in stock. And rather finish the job, reset the oil light and charge me with out a sincere apology or to even take responsibility for the misinformation and poor service. Pretty disappointing, Im sure they would not wish for their family members to be offered such service. Clearly not a sincere family owned establishment .

Agree with the comment below. My wife went in their for an oil change and she knows nothing about cars and she came out of there with $188 bill. This included oil change, windshield wiper blades, and air filters. I blame myself cause I let my wife go there b herself, but these guys are crooks. And if your wondering.... nope the windshield wiper blades were not magical and did not make rainbows appear off in the distance when using them. Everything that was done to the car was standard. This wasnt even synthetic oil.

Amazing service every time. I call 5 minutes ahead, and pull right in for an oil change. Only takes 10 minutes and they also wash the windshield. Free popcorn in the waiting room and the workers are so friendly. I always changed my own oil until pressed for time and brought it to Havoline. They do it for only a few more dollars than it costs me myself and 20 minutes faster and I dont get dirty. Always go to Havoline for any auto maintenance!

Great Value! I like taking my car here...I know they wont try to sell me things I dont need, and they take very good care of my car. Everyone is nice, and the shop is clean. Took less than 10 minutes to change my oil.
