They said they fixed my car, but screwed it up worse. Then it seemed that they fixed it, but the trouble came back. They lost any & all record of my bringing this car there so they asked me for my receipt which I had lost. I told them the owner would recognize me as I had done business with them in the past with other vehicles. He was in on the initial troubles with this one. Well, the young woman called the owner (not there & didnt care to be at this time), gave him the rundown & he basically told me to be satisfied with my screwing. They lost me AND anyone else I know as a customer for all time. Dont even think about using these people as they are phonies!

I have been going to Johnson Tire since they were just a little mom and pop shop off cook rd. I always have great service and anytime im in need I can always reach them. There is truly no other place I would recommend on the gulfcoast. Im always treated so kindly by all the wonderful team members. Its so great walking into a business and the owners/sons remember who I am, its such a great feeling. It feels like im a part of the family. I wish them nothing but happiness and great luck to their new beautiful building.

I called them....in advance and asked if the had time today to see why my car keeps stalling. I was told to bring it down and the would see what was wrong before they could tell me if it could be fixed today. So I drove the car, stalling restarting, only to be immediately told they cant even look at it. So glad I made changes in everyone elses plans to go down there. Unbelievable!

Took my car here to get an oil change and my A/C fixed, They said it needed a whole new compressor ($1000+ job). I took it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion and all it needed was a simple fuse replaced. Since then Its been blowing ice cold for months. Also I had to put more oil in my car right after "the oil change"

Johnson tire is not the place to take your vehicle. I recently purchased tires from them and when they were putting on the tires they managed to dent my rim and they wanted to blame it on me and will not take responsibility. They have poor customer service as well.

Had brake work done there a few months ago. Caliper started rubbing against wheel. They found it was a broke caliper bolt. Took my car to another shop and they told me all my remaining bolts were over torqued and not even the same levels.
