My experience with these people was crap from the beginning. My door was stuck open, so I drove it to the mechanic closest to me. I arrived at Meineke, and the mechanic (LENNY) was saying and doing literally everything he could to get me to go somewhere else. He seemed lazy and dishonest from the beginning. This should have been the signal I was looking for to take my business elsewhere, but with the walk home in mind, I opted to keep my car in their care. Five days later, I come to find that they havent even touched my car and let the rain into the cab of my car. Whose going to pay for this water damage? Nobody! When I find my car hasnt been serviced, I suggested to take my car elsewhere and thats when the mechanic quickly retorted with unprofessional conduct and poor language. When I arrive to the store to pick up my keys, I notice my USB flash drive (of which contained many school, work and personal items) was forcibly removed from my key ring. Of course, the man at the front desk (CHRIS) not only had trouble understanding what a USB flash drive was, but he chimed in with his coworker (LENNY) when they both said it never entered to premises. They immediately threatened me after the accusation. Not only are these people disinterested in servicing your car, they are lying thieves. Needless to say, Ive brought my situation up to their corporate offices, but until this is sorted on my end I have only one thing to say about this place: KEEP AWAY, they will LIE to you and STEAL from you, especially if you give them any reason to believe you are in desperate need.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR MEINEKE CAR CARE CENTER IN DIBERVILLE (10606 Diberville Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39532) THE OWNER WAS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I went for an oil change. When I came back later to pay along with a coupon, he became very aggravated and told me that why didnt I present it when I first came in. Now he had to log back into the computer and change the invoice. I said Im sorry. He then look at the coupon and said that it was no good due to that fact that the coupon was for 5w30, not 5w20. I said thats fine, Ill pay the full price, no problem. He then lecture me on how I should read the coupon before coming in and that hes tired of dealing with people like me who cant follow direction. He didnt stop there, he kept on and on in an abusive tone and talking down to me. I told him if the coupon was no good then I"ll pay for the full price, Im a customer, you dont need to be lecturing me like that. He told me that hes the owner and that he can do whatever he wants. He said he doesnt have to be nice to me and that if I dont like it then he prefer me not to come back. I told him I was nothing but nice to him. Thats when he calm down.....a little. The owner does not have any patience or customer service skills to be in the front desk. He needs to retire and enjoy his retirement!

The absolute worst treatment I have experience from any customer service of any kind. I just moved to the area and received a coupon for a free oil change. I called to confirm if they would honor the coupon he said that he only honored corporate coupons and ones from his shop I said I would look at the coupon and call him back. I got the coupon and called back I got a different person who didnt know anything about ANYTHING. I ask to speak to a manager then the person I had originally spoke to got on the phone and started yelling at me telling me "How many times do I have to tell you we only give deals to people who come to this shop to do business not people who go somewhere else" I tried to explain that I had said before that I was going to look at the coupon and call back. I said I had been a meineke customer for many years and recently transferred to the area because I am in the Navy. I dont have an unreasonable sense of entitlement as a combat veteran but nobody deserves to be talk to like this. I will never do business with Meineke again if they allow people like this to hang their name on his garage. I cant give a zero star or I would!!!

If the owner is there, dont go! He is rude, unprofessional and has no interpersonal skills. If you are one to be abused and offended, go there. It is no wonder his parking lot is always empty and his techs are standing around waiting for the ill informed to patronize this business. After being very rude, he stated that his business is adequate and he did not care that he was rude. His attitude illustrates that since he is the owner, he can act as he wishes no matter if he runs off business. Best of luck Lenny. Youd should consider staying home and letting Chris run the business. You act like a very unhappy old man. The irony is that his extreme rudeness prevented me from purchasing the service I was seeking. A service that may have been performed to my satisfaction with payment in full. I will never know, because for as long has he runs this business, I will never go back, EVER! By the majority of the other posts, you should stay home. AS ONE OF THE PREVIOUS POST SUGGESTS, "STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED".

This place is absolutely horrible. So they actually close at 5, not 6. I made an appointment online to get my oil change at 430, and the guy at the desk said that they dont take appointments for oil after 4 due to them closing at 5. If thats the case, why not change your hours and appointments with corporate? They are also amazingly expensive to get an oil change. Yes I got a synthetic oil change, but it was still $65. Thats higher than the dealership!!! And the dealer does more to my car with better customer service!!! When I asked him about it, he replied with the tone that I was stupid and dont know the price of my oil changes. I will never ever go here again and highly recommend you go somewhere else. They dont care about the customer. Also just remembered, they werent able to reset my cars "maintenance required" light so I still have to worry about that annoyance as well. This is the experience I was charged $65 for.

If I could rate lower than a one star I would. I was going to have some service done here today 04/17/2017. I called ahead of time to make an appointment at 1300. I showed up and talked to the older man for a minute. I had a couple of questions about their oil change prices (synthetic vs conventional). Well the older man got an angry look on his face and said that he didnt have time to waste on customers that didnt know what they wanted. He then informed me that I should "just get on out of here" and he said he would have my car pulled out of the garage in a couple minutes. He was very rude from the first thing he said to me, Im not sure what this guys problem is but it seems others have shared my experience with him. Needless to say do not take your business here. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.
