Made an online appointment and after arriving early was informed that they were booked and had no availability for service. As I walked in, manager was yukkin it up with a tech and there were at least 2 empty bays?! They made no attempt to try to fit my vehicle in for scheduled service or to accommodate me in any way. Just complained with a shrug that they started using the online appointment system and had no control over what happens after that with those who try to use it. Needless to say, it was a very negative experience.

The wife and I were on a long road trip when our car began to overheat and the check engine light came on, so we pulled in with no appointment. They were kind enough to take us right away, and not only solved the problem, but took the time and went far above and beyond anything we could have asked for. If we lived nearby, I would come back for everything since a kind and honest mechanic is nearly impossible to find.

Amazing service!! We were on our honeymoon and the breaks went out.. they pulled ever string to get the price to continue to go down for us due to only having so much money with us so so thankful for meineke
