I have a Chevy Cobalt that had some issues. It needed struts, control arm shaft, & Tie rod ends. I called all around to get quotes and was surprised how much it was going to cost me. I even had quotes on shops i used several times in the past. I didnt have a choice so the day I was going to make my appointment I had an employee tell me that he needed a ride to pick up his truck after it was repaired. I asked him where he got it repaired and he told me Midas. I liked what I heard about his repair and decided to get an estimate from them. Their estimate was almost half the cost of everyone else. I took my car in and they were done that afternoon. I went to go pick up my car and they had to do a little more than what was on the estimate and was over my budget. They gave a 10% coupon and it got it down to I had planned to spend. I found them to be very professional and stand behind their work. I would highly recommend Midas for your car repairs! Thank you!

5-17-2017 I took my 2007 Hyundai Accent with a Power Steering problem to Midas. I had to pay $425 for a Power Steering Pump that did not resolve the problem. They told me that the Power Steering Rack was bad and that would cost me $760. This Midas cannot troubleshoot and diagnose a problem, but they can change parts that do not need to be changed and charge you for work that did not need to be done. I am taking my car to Hyundai: they told me that if they replace the pump and the rack had to be replaced they would have charged me for the pump and taken the loss for the rack. This Midas is plain BAD.

Excellent service. wonderful staff and technicians. Very helpful and explained everything in plain English so I could understand what needed to be done and why. I appreciate that they didnt do anymore work than what was necessary. If they told me I needed a full set of brakes and calipers, I wouldnt have known the difference. So I appreciate that they were honest and told me I have 50% life left in the front but the back needed to be replaced. Definitely will return. Its not easy to find a service tech that you can trust.

I have actually called here several times before ever stepping foot inside and the same gentleman I have spoke to all times provided great customer service over the phone and answered all of the questions I had. When I finally went in, the great customer service continued and I was taken in almost right away. They serviced my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time and I was extremely satisfied with the work. Great visit, I will definitely be taking my business back to them and would recommend them to anyone!

Horrible service. The new guy behind the counter is rude and disrespectful. I had a grinding noise coming from my front tire on the drivers side. The diagnostic paper they gave me said it was my left w/ball joint. When I told him about the new noise he lied and said they were only working on the RIGHT side. This was all after he asked my name and looked me up on their computer. He was trying to charge me for a problem that they caused. These guys are scam artists.

Not so pleasing and does a OK job.. This guy shows off that he is busy all the time and but he is not.. And he does not like to speak much and does not share info unless you ask him 10 times, and his conversation always seems to be racist.. I will not recommend this place unless this is the last place left in bloomington to get car fixed.

This place will try to overcharge you to get money anyway they can. I came in for an oil change, the guy told me my car ONLY took synthetic oil, and my oil cap said it takes conventional oil OR synthetic. I guess this small town dont get that much business so they have to deceit people!!!!

Ive had several repairs and tune-ups done here and they have always done a good job for a reasonable price with a quick turn around. On my last visit they did try to press me for a few unneeded (and expensive) fluid changes but they took no for an answer without much resistance.

Went in to see about exhaust noise. I know quite a bit about cars and do my own work for most things. Their diagnosis was total BS, claiming that the lipes in back were split down the seam when they were perfectly fine. Exhaust doesnt even have a seam.
