Campus Mobile Solutions is AMAZING! I called before I went in to get a price quote and they were very honest. My first visit was to repair my shattered screen. The guy on the phone (sorry, I dont know any of their names, but theyre all equally helpful) gave me a price of $140, but factored in a bunch of discounts I could possibly get depending on the overall condition of my phone. There is also an I-Card discount of $5 off repairs. You also cant beat the convenience of them being on Green St. My second visit (literally just got back from) was for a battery replacement: $60. The guy replaced my battery in 10 minutes...I watched him do it the whole time, it was pretty neat. As he was reassembling my phone, he took one look at my beat up, cheap plastic case and replaced it with another one...no questions asked and didnt charge me for it. He also buffed out the fingerprints off my screen! Its the little attention to detail that makes me really appreciate CMS. Theyll always be honest with you about costs and warranties. Id recommend them to anyone!

Most honest, fair, and fastest guys you will ever go to. I went in with a charging port issue on my iphone 5 hoping to get it replaced. I was expecting a $60 cost. When I told them it was my charging port and needed a replacement he asked me "how do you know its the charging port?" to which I presumed he was trying to upcharge me more for more parts but this wasnt the case at all. He then told me "How about I fix it for you in 5 minutes for $10". I was incredulous. He pulled out the lint with a pair of tweezers and showed me the problem. At any other location I would have been charged the full cost of diagnostics, repairs, replacement, and service and would have taken me more than 5 minutes to walk in and out.

Amazing service exceeded expectations. Came into the store with a brutally shattered iPhone 7 plus and came out with a brand new looking phone with a screen protector and a case along with warranty for about 300$, that sounds like a lot but he fixed the device in less than 30 mins with original apple parts, every fix you can come back up to 2 breaks and it will be fixed for free after that each break is 50$, however you can buy lifetime warranty that covers any damage to the device that is irreversible they will give you a brand new device for 100$ and every screen fix after one year is only 50$ with original apple parts. Great services will use again and refer to any and everyone

I was very impressed with the guys who work at this store. I had an ipod that I was getting repaired for a child who had bought this at a refurbished place. He was thrilled with his "new" ipod and then the screen was broken at a school function. I called around several places to see about getting it fixed. Campus Mobile Solutions worked this iPod in quickly and were very gracious to stay late to fix it for me, since I drove from over an hour away. They took extra time to fix it right. Rates were reasonable. They were very nice to deal with on a customer service level. I have recommended them several times to others as well. Thanks, guys, for the great service!

I walked in today to get an estimate on a phone and the guys were friendly - friendlier than any other tech shop Ive seen in a while. They know their stuff and they know what theyre doing. The guys were really personable and knowledgable. This isnt a shop where you just come in and drop off your phone and "ok bye". They make sure you get the best advice possible and they make sure you know whats going on with your tech. To spend that kind of time to inform people who dont know as much about phones/tech is something I think that sets this place apart from the rest. I doubt a customer would walk away from this place disappointed. Great job guys!

I have been coming here since early 2014 and just went back today as well to replace the back panel of my S6 Edge+. The two main guys there are CJ and Miko. These guys have been very friendly and extremely professional when it comes to their service and have a great level of knowledge when it comes to Gadgets. They take good care of their customers, especially their regulars, and really hook you up with your Gadget needs and go that extra step personally to help you achieve what you came in for in the first place. And the cherry on the icing here their prices. Very good price for merchandise and services. Keep it up Guys! Ishaan

Got my phone fixed and they hit it with a hammer saying 100% guarantee, then claimed the guarantee was toward the screen not being pixalated. (Genius to hit it with a hammer then!) after about an hour of being on the phone and in person, they had the slight decency to repair the screen for the screen cost without charging for labor. The best part was that after peeling the screen off (which was undamaged unlike my phone, lol!) I saw it was a plastic screen not a glass screen! I could have saved myself the trouble and paid $15 at Marshalls for a plastic screen and phone case instead of $40 of plastic.

Their services is super fast. I needed to get my charging ports for my HTC m8 and they were able to do it in just 3 hours. All of the other shop that I went to before going to this one would either said that it would take 2-3 day or it would be too complicated. Their prices were kind of high(I had to pay 70$), but considering that they had fixed my phone in 3 hours made it worth the money. Overall they were very professional,fast, they know what theyre doing and I would recommend their services to other. Ps. I love how they have a puppy that you can pet while youre waiting.

Campus Mobile Solutions was very professional and provided a quick turnaround. I called them to see if they could fix my 6th Generation iPod Nano because the power button was stuck. I brought it in for them to look at and they got started on it right away. They had to order a small part, and called me to make sure it was fine with me, and to update me on the timeline. All the employees I had interacted with were very enthusiastic and friendly about the work that they do. I would definitely recommend CMS to anyone looking to get their laptop, phone, or iPod repaired.

Went to get my iPhone 6s battery unplugged and replugged due to a software issue. The guy at the counter was hysterically trying to convince me how hard opening the screen was for a "mobile solutions" workshop even though his coworker said it was no big deal and he would get it done in 5. Dude quotes me 20 dollars for a 5 minute job with no cost of parts which is a rip-off in itself and then tells me if he cracks my phone screen, Id be responsible for it. Poor poor customer service, unexpected from the reviews online. Quality might be going down.
