Took in a laptop that needed a new charging port. They said theyd have to order it. Well it is a possibility that they couldnt get it, I can understand that. What I didnt understand was why they couldnt call me about it. I really dont have time to go back and forth checking on it. Everytime I called I was told I would get a return call about it. They had it for several months and never gave me one phone call! For a business to be good, you need to have good customer service by calling your customers. I didnt even care when they couldnt fix it, but I cared they didnt bother calling me! Never going there again!

Great service and a great price. Brought my phone in for a screen replacement. The replacement screen had some spots on it and they replaced it at no additional cost. They stand behind their work!

My phone was never reseated correctly after two attempts (very important in full touch screen). Proximity sensor still not working correct. Very disappointed.
