This is unfortunately the only authorized Mac repair center in Mobile, the only reason for walking in their doors. I brought a laptop in for a minor repair that they diagnosed and assured me they would order parts the next day and Id have my machine back the day after. All covered under my Apple warranty. The next day came and went, I then called them to ask what was going on - no parts yet, but its the warehouses fault, not theirs of course. I then went to pick up my machine and wait for the parts to come in, no problem they said - the relevant parts and a replacement battery ordered and all covered. Several weeks later, I called them again, apparently they finally had the parts but now I needed to pay them out of my pocket! They told me I should call Apple to sort out their billing mess. I spoke to Apple, they told me that shop had not ordered/received official parts since July (6 months ago). It is a disgrace that these guys are an authorized shop - they are liars and scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

After being told that my Mac needed a new power supply and that it would be ready the following day, I called to check on it. The employee who took my call abruptly stated that my computer wasnt ready and they found another issue. When I asked what the problem was, I was told, "It isnt working." I then only received "yes" or "no" answers to my questions and was told that he didnt care if I needed my equipment back for business use. I told him that I couldnt tell if he was trying to be funny or was just being a jerk. He hung up the phone. I feel as though I have left my computer in the hands of a company/emplyees with the emotional capacity of an 8 year old. Everytime we have ever used this repair shop (only cert. Mac repair shop in Mobile) we have had issues. Regardless of what the problem has been, their solution has ALWAYS been to replace the logic board. Of course, this has never resolved our issues long term. Drive to Nashville or New Orleans and work with professionals!

Still waiting on my iPad from Apple to send in to them for me just to get a new one since I have a warranty on it. They have poor communication skills. Everyday I to call to get results about my iPad when they said they would call themselves , but never did. It has been almost 2 weeks( Im still waiting now ) if I wouldve known it was gone take this long, I wouldnt made a trip to Birmingham at the Apple Store and got the new iPad there. The computer store are unorganized and they seem to always be lying about something and being sneaky. I just got a call yesterday saying my "find my iPad" was on so that stopped the process for me getting my iPad. I clearly was in front of the employer who cut it off for me , and I saw her do it myself. So when the technician guy said other wise, I knew he was lying. Why does it take this long to look at a freaking iPad. I do not recommend at all ! Will never go back.

20% RESTOCKING FEE if you walk out the door and return a $2000 computer for any reason you will forfeit $400. Who ever heard of such an outlandish scheme. And after telling me on a Friday at closing that my son could bring it back if not what he wanted for Birthday. I found out he already had a hard drive which I had purchased from this store for $119.00( which I found out was marked up about 66%) I tried to return the unoped hard drive on Saturday morning (before they could have even reordered another) and the store charged me $26. I explained that I would shout their practices on the highest hills, or URL, and report to better business bureau if they followed through but to no avail. So BUYER BEWARE

I was charged nearly $300 for my computer to be fixed...They dont call you when its ready and then it wasnt actually "fixed" and the really thin girl at the front desk is SO rude! My mac laptop worked for about 3 days...Wouldnt reimburse me for anything..turned it around and acted like I should have known. Not to mention it was my THIRD time bringing it in. THey take no ownership and blame the machine or you for its problems that THEY create!! ALL the people I know that own Macs in Mobile, have been burned by them and wont go there. Ship it off or drive to New Orleans. Dont waste your time; they are inefficient and incompetent!!

Bad products, even worse customer service. I bought a computer a fews ago, it was one of their "specials". It gave me problems from the beginnig. I gave them the opportunity to fix it but it continued to have problems. I attempted to get a refund, inaccordance with their refund policy. The owner refused - stating that they dont refund custom orders. He even hung up on me. What a crock, it was one of their standard systems. Bottom line, their products are questionable but even worse, they dont stand behind them at all and treat their customers terrible. BUYER BEWARE.

I thought it was hopeless for my computer, I gave up on it and had already bought a replacement. Then I was recommended this store from a Geek Squad employee. Got the diagnostic he said quote "Your battery is swollen, its like an acid bomb ready to burst" 3 days later and it was back good as new with updated OS as well, these people are seriously experts and they will do cosmetics for free, I dont even remember his name, but I had 1 broken key on my keyboard and he replaced all of the to slick new keys. Super satisfactory and a decent price too.

I recently brought in my emac that was having some issues w/ a couple of my applications and was out of warranty. The Computer Store made the effort to seek out information regarding my machine. They found that my computer had what was called an REA, I believe, that replaced a part that would otherwise cost me a new computer. I was very happy to not have to spend anything to get my computer fixed. Unfortunately this may not be the case for you if you decide to go here as well but I definitely recommend giving them a try.

I have always had an unpleasant experience working with these folks. They would be out of business in five minutes if there were an Apple store within an hours drive. Today I called them looking to get one keycap replaced on a MacBook Pro. I was told they could order the part and when it arrived it would only take a few seconds for the repair. The cost -- SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS. I called a competitor who told me that they had the part in stock and it would only cost five dollars for the repair.

These guys know their stuff!!! When my laptop decided on the "blue screen of death" as its final operation, they knew just what to do to get me up and running again. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and HONEST. Grant even gave a bit of advice on another device that was malfunctioning, so that I wouldnt be out of pocket for a small issue, easily remedied at home. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who needs any computer repair. A+++++ service!
