Terrible! Spend 300 dollars for a new screen and then I get home and the sensor does not work. But guess what? They said that would be another 100 plus to fix it. I went back to my phone company and they told me to look out for these "sharks" saying that this is not the first time this has happened. Dont be naïve, and just go back to your phone company for help. Apple care only charges $25 to get your screen fixed under contract, that is only a fraction of this joke of a business! Google made me leave one star but there should be a negative star option for these cons.

I arrived 15 minutes before closing which is the earliest I can get there from work really. Even though it would require the salesperson, Brady, to stay late he was very kind and understood my dilemma and stayed late to quickly and efficiently repair my device. Ive worked in retail for 15 years and hated making him stay but was never made to feel like I put him out. They dont make them like that anymore! What fantastic customer service. Thank you

I had such a great experience with Austin as our repairman! I was thinking about replacing the battery on my sons iPhone 5s myself, but realized it was tougher than I thought it was going to be. He was able to use the battery I purchased and brought in. The next time I have an iPhone or iPad have a problem, I know where I will go!

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Being from out of state the 1day turn around was exactly what we needed when my phone had a cracked screen. Very good advice shared, questions answered. Overall excellent customer service. Highly recommend if repairs needed, sure beats having to replace a smart phone.

I am so glad that I found this place! I thought my phone was totally fried & I was about to buy a new one. But I decided to see if these guys could save it ... for $30 and about 20 minutes, I now have my phone working again!!! Im still in shock ... thank you Brady!

Brady was a HUGE help, he very quickly diagnosed and fixed my iPhone 6+. Friendly, and great guy. Was so lost without my phone (because it hasnt been able to turn on for months!!) and he fixed it within 20 minutes. Plus it was super affordable.. Cant go wrong here!

A bit pricey but my screen was replaced in 40 minutes for $162 (IPhone 6S). Theres a part of my screen smaller than a pea that is brighter than the rest and occasionally my phone has a very very light purple tint to it, but overall this Is a decent place.

Chais was great! I had some issues with my original screen that I got from them. I went in thinking I may have to pay again but Chais explained that they offered a lifetime warranty! He had it fixed and working again in about half an hour! Thank you guys!

Spent almost $200 to replace the screen on my iPhone and a few weeks later, my screen starts falling off the frame. Found out from other repair shop that its due to them using cheap parts and not Apple screens. Never again!!!!
