I took My desktop computer to their location to have the motherboard replaced. When I got My computer back and hooked it up back at home, I noticed the power LED light did not turn on when or after I turned on the computer. I opened up My computer to see what was wrong with it, and I discovered that Engle Computer Service made many wrong connections after installing My replacement motherboard: the second CPU fan was connected to the wrong header on the motherboard, the hard drives were connected in the wrong order, power LED and reset front panel connectors were connected in the wrong spots, and the graphics card was in the PCIe 4 slot instead of the PCIe 1 slot, which hinders performance. There may have been a couple more wrong connections, but Im not sure as I had to redo the entire front panel connections except audio and USB ports. They never told Me that swapping a different model motherboard with the old one would be an issue; otherwise, I would have taken My computer to someone else or just did the work Myself. I will never go back to Engle Computer Service because I got super stressed out finding and fixing all of their mistakes, and I had to pay $115 for their work. It wasnt worth taking My computer back to them because I dont have a car, I gave them all the time they asked for to fix it the first time, they never told Me they would come to My home to fix any problems I might have with the computer when I spoke with them multiple times, I was afraid if I called them to complain they would get very difficult with Me on the phone, and who knows if they would do things right the second time. It was easier to find and fix their mistakes Myself, but boy what a pain it was partly because I kept needing to open up My computer again and again every time I noticed a problem with it.

Ryan was our technician and he was fantastic. He has helped us in two separate occasions. The first was to clean up our lap top, remove viruses and old programs we no longer use, make modifications to ensure we maximize our computer and upgrade to Microsoft 10. We were very pleased with his support. Thanks to Ryan, we saved a lot of money as we were ready to buy a new computer. He is very smart, prompt, reliable and a nice guy. The second occasion was to set up our universal remote control. As expected, Ryan set it up easily and worked through a couple of glitches. He customized it so it does what we need and is easy to use. We highly recommend Engle Computer Services and they are "go to" company for support.

I talked to Ryan about my computer, it was the bottom part of my laptop that had to be replaced. He took only a couple of hours to work on it and charged me reasonably. He offered to even drop my laptop off to my place, after he was done, since I live in the area but dont have a car. When I went to pick up my laptop in my roommates car, I got stuck in the snow, his brother and he helped me out of it. He is a super nice and humble guy.

Geat service and fast!!!!!! These are the nicest people! They helped me remove the viruses from my computer and helped me install free virus protection. I also had them help me replace my motherboard on my laptop. The price they charged was way cheaper than geek squad! I enjoyed their visit... I will always use them in the future.
