I took my daughters laptop for an estimate and they told me it looked like a bad hard drive and would cost around $250-300 for the repair and to retrieve info and pictures. They also mentioned they couldnt tell for sure if that was the problem until it was taken completely apart. My daughter, who was in college at the time, decided to go ahead and have it repaired. It was a big expense for her but she decided to go ahead and get it done. Well wouldnt you know, we got the call from Big Dogs that it was ready and guess what, a bad cable and a repair bill that was about $100 instead of the $250-300! Needless to say my daughter was elated and so was I. Big Dogs could have charged her for the drive and we never would have known the difference. Thank goodness for honest folks these days. If you have a computer problem there is only one place to go, BIG DOGS!

Incredible service, caring friendly people! I am a repeat customer for Big Dogs Computer Service and would highly recommend this business to anyone! They greeted me with a warm welcome and made notes on exactly what was going on with my computer. I had a black screen and the computer wouldnt do anything. They were prompt and professional. After the diagnostics were done they contacted me to let me know what my options were and pricing. They backed up all my Documents, Pictures, Music, Favorites and Desk top first. Then they fixed my computer installed an anti virus and reinstalled the programs that I had disks for. They also explained to me how viruses get on the computer and steps I could take to minimize the risk. Definitely knowledgeable and expert in technology! They truly care about their customers. This is the only place I will go! Thank you Big Dogs!!!

This place is super helpful and quick! I had a problem with my mobo that I couldnt fix so I took my computer up to these guys at 11am this morning b/c I just dont have the time right now to shop for/replace the thing myself (well, that and I wanted to be sure it was in fact the mobo that was bad). These guys replaced it with a used model they had in stock and had the computer ready for me to pick up at 2pm. VERY quick turn around. A+ computer experts here! They have the Best Service and the Best People. I cant say enough good things about Big Dogs. They worked on my Lap Top several times and they all ways fixed the problem and they had it ready quickly. Their a Family Owned Business and they seem like they take Customer Service very seriously. Their able to fix everything from Computers, Tablets and Cell Phones. They have the best Service Rates. If you need a Gadget fixed take it to the BIG DOGS.

My phone fell off my shoulder today and I went directly to Big Dogs to get it repaired. My student told me that theyd fixed his phone and he said they were just awesome. Well, I walked in at almost 4:00 and walked out at 4:45. They fixed it that fast, at a great price, and were incredibly kind and helpful. They were honest about cost, thorough, and just super friendly. I will DEFINITELY go back to Big Dogs in the future!

I had a laptop with broken fan that needs to be replaced. Sent them a message using the contact page, nobody called me back. Gave them a call and asked for price estimation, the guys said $100 for labor + parts. $100 for replacing a fan??? Seriously??? it takes 2 minutes to open the screws, 1 minutes to replace it and another 2 to close it back. Sorry, Im not going to step in this place no matter what....

I have had 2 PCs repaired here. The people who own and operate this repair shop are top notch. They do great work, treat customers with respect and their labor prices are fair. Here you will find home town service that involves people who treat you like a friendly neighbor. Why throw it away when most likely you can have it repaired. If I need a PC repaired, Big Dogs is where I will go.
