I went in trying to get my charging port repaired and was told they would have to destroy the screen and the repair would be over $200. I was advised instead to purchase a wireless charger elsewhere and a battery from them since mine was weak. I did buy the battery from them and they came from the back with a battery that had no seal or package and sold it to me for $40 and took my old battery, which it would not charge past 20% until I bought a new battery from another location indicating they sold me a used battery as new. What they didnt inform me was that my phone was not wireless charging capable. I went back to try and get a refund but I was never given a receipt and they said they cant do anything about it since they have no records of them selling it to me. Not only am I now stuck with a used battery that was sold as a new but was given false information. I took my business to another phone repair shop that was capable of performing my repair at $65 compared to their quoted $200 and my screen never had to be shattered. I advise not conducting any business with this store if you need anything because you may end up with used parts and misleading information.

We are out of town from Texas on spring break and the day we get here, my phone decides to just stop charging and die completely. We got sent around to different places all day long and talked to so many people but when we finally got sent to In&Out Smart Repair they were so helpful and beyond friendly staff! I needed a phone in order to be safe at Gulf Shores and they have amazing prices and are so fast and easy. Very productive with no contracts and no complications. Warranty available and at a super good price! Definitely wish I would have been sent here first!

Great service! I had my phone screen replaced last weekend by a different In & Out store but was still having difficulties with my phone, and because I work in mobile its impossible to make it to the store in MS in time to get it looked at. So I stopped at the In & Out repair store that is new to Mobile and Jessie was more than happy to help me with my problem. My phone is working better than ever, now. So I definitely suggest this place to anyone who is having issues with their screens.

I work in Mobile, Al and my phone had dropped about 5 times literally on the last leg. I was referred to them by an associate at Panera and went to In and Out. I like the Manager of the store and he promptly offered me a membership with a 10% discount which saved me money significantly . In 45 minutes I was out with a brand new phone, expertly done and with nice people. I loved my visit to the store in Yesteroaks Airport Boulevard and would highly recommend them to everyone. Alison

Austin was really helpful. Initially I had thought my phone screen and battery were just messed up, and so I brought my device in to get fixed. Austin let me know that the issue was more comprehensive, and didnt charge me for the diagnoses. While I ended up not getting any work done by them, Austin was very professional and I plan to use In & Out in the future if I ever have a problem. Honestly seems like a great company. I was in a panic last week... two weeks to go for my new iPhone to ship and my phone went black! I was referred to In and Out by Serena at AT&T. I walked and Joey was so nice! I left my phone and came back in an hour and he had gotten it back on! Joey is awesome and if you need work done ask for him! Thank you again for saving me!

My family breaks their phones often and Ive used several places in and out(baaazing!) of town this place was the most clean and professional, it looks like they would charge a lot more but Ive found them to be more affordable than most other places and much better support during and after my repair, great experiences!

They replaced my phone screen after it was shattered, and put on a defective one. When I went back they replaced it again for free because of their lifetime warranty policy. Great service and very fast, only waited an hour each time. They even saved my screen cover!

They are conscious about their work. They are fast and use top quality materials. An iPhone, Samsung, etc is done in less than an hour even when they are busy. If it is an off brand that they have to order parts, its done in less than a week.

I took my iPhone in because my screen that I got replaced at another business was coming off and wouldnt turn on. The sales guy was really nice and helpful with information and the price, he replaced my screen in like 15 to 20 minutes.

Great experience for my first time coming here! Both guys were super great! Chais was extremely helpful. I was in and out in literallly 20 minutes. Highly recommend. Will definitely be giving them any other business in the future

Spent almost $200 to replace the screen on my iPhone and a few weeks later, my screen starts falling off the frame. Found out from other repair shop that its due to them using cheap parts and not Apple screens. Never again!!!!
