Well I am extremely excited to say how pleased I am with everything. I first started off with the help of the wonderful guy in tillmans corner. He was very helpful,polite and patient with me. I am not the most tech savvy person but after running a quick diagnostic check he informed me that what I needed was not recoverable.My friend referred me to this store and again I was helped very quickly. I left my computer with them for a day (even though it was fixed within a few hours) was called once they had finished. Great prices !!! I will for sure be going back and sending all my family and friends. Thank You again soooo much !

had a hp pc for about 5 years without any protection, so naturally, it went kapoot! called these guys, took it right up there, and i had my pc back in just a few hours clean, pristine, and ready to go, not to mention i was given a wireless antenna and a super cheap shell, considering my original one looked like it had been used for batting practice :) Definitely gonna be using this company for future pc needs or repairs, such an awesome owner! Im not all tht computer savvy and he didnt even make me feel dumb, unlike some IT ppl will. Very pleasant experience! Thanks so much for all youve done!!

Paul and his team of experts provided me with the best service. I had a project due and they were able to not only fix my computer in one day, but they saved my project as well. I was convinced that my files were not retrievable, but they got them back for me. I will definitely use them for future projects or just to update software on my computer. My sister had serious Virus issues on her brand new Laptop. It was Oh So Close to CRASHING. I saw these guys in the phone book, checked out their web site and decided to give them a try. Im glad we did, They found and removed nearly 800 pieces of malicious code, adware, spyware, etc. and hooked us up with ongoing protection all for only 35 bucks! We brought it in before lunch and were able to pick it up before 5PM the same day!! I highly recommend these guys!!

I was having problems with my HP laptop, I took it Computer Resource on my way to the gym and it was ready and waiting on me on my way home. This is a great business with a nice and knowledgeable staff. It was also the cheapest I found. I called three other computer repair services in West Mobile and they all wanted about $50-75 more for the same service. I am a very happy customer that will definitely return when needed and will recommend.

I wish I could give less than one star. I took my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 to have the screen and LCD replaced. A month-and-a-half later the screen came loose on one side and the LCD messed up. Computer Resources told me that the adhesive probably didnt stick but that it did not cause the LCD to mess up. I asked them did they not stand behind their work and was told that the warranty was only for 30 days.

This place is ridiculous! My computer only needed a new hard drive. We decided not to use this place because what seemed very "scammy" to us was the fact that Factory Resets and Backup stuff was charged at $100! This is something you can do with a mouse and a flash drive! If they charge that much for a reset, imagine how much they could trick you into paying for crap you dont even need!

Super impressed with all aspects of my experience today with Computer Rescource. Very resonable prices, very willing to work with our specific situation, and very kind to a lady with 4 children in their store. Our problem was solved, which is more than I can say for the support I received from HP. So nice to have a local computer store I trust. I will be sending people your way.

Bait and switch pricing. They even sing their own praises as several of the so-called 5 star reviews are fake accounts created by the owner. Excuses made up to explain away anyone who voices a complaint. Dont waste your time or money. Im taking my business to The Computer Store on Schillinger from now on!

Came by the store with a bad nasty virus !!! I took my computer to the so call geeks buy they couldnt fix it then i decided to try Computer Resource and boy was i glad within a few hours my virus was gone and i had my computer back and it didnt cost me a arm and a leg thank you again !!!

Got a great deal on a used Dell Optiplex, and Paul took all the time needed to make sure it was ready to go. Great deal, great customer service, great folks. Ill go back when Im ready for another computer or need service, and I cant give a better review or endorsement than that.
