The Fit Code experience is like no other. Ive been physically active as much as I can with a busy schedule and a family life. When I reconfirmed my commitment in early 2014, I could only shed about 10-15lbs doing 3-6 days of activity a week (Running/biking). This weight loss was over about 6 months with no further progress. Fit Code came out with their 15lbs in 6 week Challenge. I took the challenge and lost nearly 27lbs during the 6 week period. Something clicked during the orientation to sign up for it. What can I really say about Fit Code? I actually can say a lot! I have been with this training facility off and on for about four years and it never disappoints when I come back. The owner, Mr. Shelton Matsey is one of the best trainers out here. His boot camp classes are phenomenal. Fit Code has other types of classes such as Strength Training. I havent tried that class (yet), but I have heard that it is great from those who have taken the class. Fit Code also offers at certain times programs such as Lean Jeans and recently the inaugural 15n6 (which is the 6-week challenge.) I just finished the 6-week challenge. Let me tell you, it change my life. I was hitting a plateau prior to the challenge, but that all change once I hit that gym. I got more energy to run better (Im a runner), I eat cleaner and I look at food much differently now. I even reached my goal of losing 15 pounds in 6 weeks! What I also like about Fit Code is that you get a sense of community and you dont feel intimidated like some bigger gyms can. And what I like about Fit Code/Shelton Matsey is that he hold charitable workouts each month! If you are looking for an alternative/different approach to fitness, I highly suggest Fit Code for your healthier lifestyle needs!

I initially joined Fitcode’s 15 in 6 program with a couple of goals in mind. First of all I wanted a positive achievement such as weight loss to carry over into other aspects of my life. Secondly I was at the heaviest weight of my life and I knew I needed to make a lifestyle change in order to get it under control. This program has exceeded my expectations! I lost a total of 23.7 pounds in only 6 weeks! As if the weight loss wasn’t enough, the positive vibes carried into my professional life as I passed my National Certification boards allowing me to begin my career as a Physician Assistant. I could not be more excited! I would encourage ANYONE who has at least 15 pounds to loose to join Fitcode and participate in the 15 in 6 program. It is a VERY strict diet, but it gives you a very detailed plan as to what you can eat and how you should exercise. The classes are fun and unlike other programs out there, Fitcode members support each other rather than compete with each other. Your only competition is yourself! I’m looking forward to continuing my personal transformation during the next 15 in 6 program. My Fit Code Experience Fit Code is not just a workout facility it is a health and wellness facility. I started on a living social deal with my daughter wanting to try a different kind of workout but found out it is so much more. With the help of FC and the skinny jeans contest I have learned how to workout to my full potential, eat extremely healthy, and feel good about every accomplishment. This program and the trainers are truly motivating every step of the way and this motivation is infectious. I did my first SJ contest in February on my own. This SJ contest my mom, my aunt, my cousin and my Husband are also involved which is so awesome. I love sharing what I have learned with my family, friends, and even co-workers who can be the SABOTAGERS. The "SABOTAGERS" are those that I seem to preach FC to the most. After approximately 11 months of being part of FC I feel stronger in all aspects of my life and for that I am truly grateful. Thank you to Shelton, my coach and teammates (Jamie and The Reducers), trainers, and the entire Fit Code family!

I have participated in two Lean Jeans programs and recently participated in the 15/6 Challenge, which was a challenge to lose 15 pounds in 6 weeks. I did it and I am so so proud of my accomplishment!!! What I find to be unique and incredible about Fit Code is the amount of emotional support and coaching that you receive from the owner, Shelton Matsey, and his supporting coaches, Steve Mis, Ryan Gawron, Samantha, and Derrek. The administrative support is outstanding as well, which is provided by Maria Belmontez. You can lose weight in many ways, but to workout in a fun and supportive environment, with an incredibly caring and knowledgeable team of coaches is a gift. They provide you with a meal plan that will help you be successful, so long as youre compliant and committed. Fitcode is more than a bootcamp...its a way of life! I started fitcode not knowing if I would be able to hang in the class, but they worked with me! They taught me how to modify each exercise so that I could do it! I have been going there for over 7 month now, and its noticeable!! I am losing weight and inches!! Shelton, and his staff at fitcode have helped me reach my potential at every class I go to! They are constantly pushing me to get me to the next level, and I love it! They make me realize I can do more than I think I can! I have recently entered their skinny jeans competition. Its a 6 week challenge that helps you lose at least one size. And guess what--it works!! I am a newbie to fit code and loving it. Presently I’m on a journey of working out 3 days a week to tone, build strength and achieve overall great health. Fit code provides a great environment for me to work out at a pace and level I can build upon each time I attend my scheduled sessions. My journey also includes my participation in the skinny jeans contest("No Excuse" team) where I am focused on the challenge of reaching my Ideal skinny jean size. Since being a participant in the contest I have learned lots of nutritional information and great tips for weight management. Although I come from a large (number of people not size --- LOL) family, I feel like the Fit code campers that I’ve worked out with and staffs member are a part of my loving family also. Everyone from the administrative person (Maria) coaches (Toni, Maria & Shelton) ,dietitian (Erin) to all of the campers have been great to work / workout with.
