great experience! From beginning to end the customer service was great. Unlike other repair shops where you may not feel comfortable, they are honest and recommend services that are needed. Shadi (the owner) is a very friendly person. They are very reasonable with pricing. Also must add while you wait (if you choose to do so) they have a cafe with complementary coffee,expresso,fountain drink,etc.

Ive had my cars fixed there more than a few times - they are pros and fair on the charges I recommend gateway for any car
