I should have known, but, I put trust in a company that was on Angies List. That being said, first mistake, not asking the company what there hourly rate is $125 per hour, and let me tell you, when the plumber has NO IDEA HOW TO FIX IT, and he is twiddling his thumbs, you are paying for his lack of experience, and work ethic. I wish during the time that he was "TROUBLE SHOOTING" and was reading my manual on how to fix the unit, the time would have stopped. Now on to the real bad news, the "evaluation" the "cleaning" the finger testing the water temperature, the on and ons lasted nearly 2 plus hours, the actual work of removing the cover plate, turning my gas line and water lines, and emptying out my filter, him shop vacuuming out the water he spilled all over my floor, 30 minutes. Honestly though, if he actually "worked" twenty-five to thirty minutes, I would be surprised. Now, the (good) news, when he was finished I had hot water, and although I thought $340 dollars was WAY OVER PRICED, what was my choice, my recommendation though, dont pay, get billed. Now, the bad news, I am rarely home, so for the first two days after the repair, NO water used, day 3, I showered, brushed my teeth, day 4 showered again, washed a load of clothes, and ran the dishwasher, day 5 thru 7, no use, and day 8, mid-way thru a shower of 5 to 7 minutes, the water starts to get cool, and then, NO HEAT whatsoever. I call, and talk to someone, didnt get a name, but, was told we will send someone out to you as soon as possible. I told him I would have to take a day off work and set something up, a couple days later (obviously no hot water), I get an appointment on Friday, for Monday. Monday morning about 8:30 (my appointment is at 9), I get a call from the owner, and he says we are about to dispatch a tech, but be aware the repair etc., will not be for free, we will be charging you for another service call. When asked why, he said, "Its not our fault that its not working, call Bosch the manufacturer, the service will be a charge for repairs." I informed the owner once again that I didnt get an hour of workable hot water from the last work, and that it was doing the same thing over again, and he said, "I Dont Care, not our problem!!!". I asked if he stood behind his work, and he said, yes, I said, well the workmanship failed, and he said "No, it didnt fail, call your water heater manufacturer". "Its not our problem". Well sir, your repair, if you can call it that, didnt even last an hour, had the technician stayed another hour, it probably would have failed while he was still there, and if not, only warranting your work for any short length of time versus usage is ludicrous at best. I would encourage any future customers to RUN...run like hell from this company. Get everything in writing before they even step foot on your property, and folks, they feel the clock starts ticking the moment they leave the office. Maybe I should have charged the technician for my water waste, my electricity to run his shop vac, my containers that he used to catch my water that he allowed to spill out of the pipe, and charged him to be his helper to empty all of the bowls of water he would have spilled without my assistance. MY highest recommendation to any future customers..........DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY........YOU WILL BE SORRY.

At my house, we learned the hard way that its not a good idea to flush baby wipes, even the "flushable" kind. We had no drains working at our house, and M/R Plumbing was very prompt and spent a half-day working with our problem. For the amount of labor involved, I think the price was very fair. At my office, I used M/R Plumbing again since I had a good experience with them at home. They were very professional for a very big project. A week after moving in, we had a sewer backup. M/R Plumbing was there within an hour. Although Ill never know if there was something they did or didnt do that may have contributed to the backup, they didnt ask any questions and never sent me a bill. I was definitely at least partially to blame, as there was a backup of things that my office had been flushing. Its great when a company backs up their work and is compassionate toward their customers. Unfortunately its not very common anymore. I would highly recommend M/R Plumbing for anyone with plumbing needs, from problems at home to new construction. A+++ service!

I contacted MR Plumbing after looking on the internet for a plumbing company who repaired tankless water heaters - MR Plumbings website was very impressive. I called and set up an appointment after 5:30pm on a Monday evening and Art came to my home on Tuesday morning at 8:30am - after checking the tankless heater out he determined that a part needed to be ordered (which he did) and, in addition, he temporarily fixed the heater so I would have hot water until the part came in which I greatly appreciated since it was approximately 15 degrees - today, Thursday, he came to my home at 8:30am with the new part and installed it and everything is running as it should - I was very impressed with Art personally - he was courteous and explained what needed to be done and the timeframe it would take - I would certainly recommend MR Plumbing to family and friends and I cant thank Art enough!

Simon was very knowledgeable, took his time to answer all my questions, explained to me why my hot water heater was not fixable but did need to be replaced. Explained the difference between tankless water heaters and the tanks. While waiting for the tank to empty he did a check on the rest of the pipes in the house to make sure nothing was leaking. I thought that was very thoughtful, needed or not. When everything was replaced he explained how to flush the tank and the importance of it to keep the sediment from the bottom of the new tank. I have had Mr. Simon in my home before for another plumbing problem to do with my sub pump. His timing, knowledge, and professionalism has not changed from then. Good hard worker.

Art arrived on time, performed an assessment and offered solutions explaining the pros and cons. He made repairs, explaining his progress throughout and performed a final assessment to assure all were in working order. He was professional yet friendly, respectful of our home (he put on shoe coverings to protect our white carpet) and even put up with our very curious dog. MR Plumbing is our only choice for all our plumbing needs and Art is one of our favorite plumbers.

It was refreshing to see a service professional that put the customer first. Without asking, Jeff placed booties over his shoes, which was a huge win for me since we dont where our shoes inside. Jeff was also extremely knowledgeable & personable. Besides fixing my issue, he took the time to educate me with a few suggestions on how to avoid future issues. It was a joy having him in my home. I will definitely use MR Plumbing again and will as for Jeff!
