i had worst experience with anytime fitness i was there customer from past 2 years now i want to cancel my membership, so they asked me to personally come and sign the paper work for cancellation and i did that, they still charging money monthly from my account directly when i called them they are telling me this is your new account and there are two or more account of yours with the same name in their system, why should i pay for there computer glitches, they cannot keep track of their customers accounts, i dont know how many times they have charged i am really dissatisfied from their service, from past 4 months i been getting charged i have called the anytime fitness location at Glendale heights, they told contact this person called dereck and he is only available on emails or on Thursday and i have send him emails as well but he did not reply, i have called on Thursdays no body picks the phone i have worked out in other gyms as well like xsport fitness but when i cancelled the membership they did not troubled me at all, but this anytime fitness i will not suggest anyone to take a membership here, they have very bad customer service.

Ive been an anytime fitness member since 2006/2007, and I love it. Ive been to a number of different clubs in about 5 different states. This anytime fitness has to be the dirtiest one I have ever been to. I should have left as soon as I walk into the bathroom/shower/changing room, but wanted to get my workout in. The bathroom was dark and dirty. The shower looked like it had mold growing in the grout. The aerobic equipment had sand and dirt on it. People were obviously using street shoes in the gym, and you could tell no one wipes the equipment down, I started on the bike but would not put my hands on the heart sensors because they were so dirty. When I was done I wiped it down and it did come clean. The carpet is stained, tore, and looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in weeks. Workout benches were tore and dirty. This facility has potential. It has a lot of good equipment in it, but needs someone to put some time and effort into it. It to bad because they are giving anytime fitness a bad name. If this were the first one I had ever walked into, considering to join, I would have walked out and went to a competitor.

Nice facility, but the manager James was rude and doesnt appear to want to be there. After I waited for 20 minutes to sit down with him, he took several calls while meeting with me, which is fine except he never apologized or said excuse me, and was then was short with the person he was on the phone with. There are arbitrary fees like enrollment and annual fees that they apparently will adjust based on how badly they need members or how you pay, I was quoted a different price for both than the person on the phone and I was quoted a different price by the assistant manager.

worst gym i ever had membership with.. 1) they only have 4 treadmills only one really works fine. Two almost always out of order and the the last one shakes so much u feel like youre gonna fall of if you go more than 3 mph. 2) No towel service 3) Dark Nasty rest/bath rooms 4) equipment sets worn out and dirty. 5) pathetic contract and fees

I feel like these gyms are the new timeshares. Raised my rates and switched me from non contract to contract without telling me. Then after jumping through the hoops to cancel hit me with fees they promised they wouldnt. These places couldnt care less about people actually getting in shape. Its all about the $$$.

Clean gym overall, nice and not too crowded. It has music but I mainly listen on my headphones. I wish it had more equipment, like seated calf raises and a hack squats machine but overall very nice.

Walking into this gym was like workout heaven. The setup is amazing. Very clean and a very friendly staff. All up to date stuff and even extra stuff you dont find at other gyms. Must check out
