Very dirty! Group workout room always has chunks of hair and bugs. Its like no one cares to sweep at the end of the day. I only return because its cheap.. Update: If I could give this gym a zero I would. "Instructors" for group classes are a no show many times and employees dont bother to tell us who are waiting for class to start. We have to go to the front desk and ask 5-10 minutes after waiting and all they say "oh sorry." Very unprofessional. I advise EVERYONE to not waste money on this dump! Most machine area "out of service" anyways..

Going to this gym the last 4 years. The price is good and the staff is nice and in the morning when Im there its fairly quiet. Occassionaly there is some equipment that is either down or could use a little fixing but overall its a good gym. You can either be a meat head or soccer mom and everyone seems to workout well together. Signed up for a prepaid 2 yr deal and got a great deal on it. Able to bring a friend for free any time and free tanning, cant beat it! Recommended!

I havent been a member long and I go at 5am so maybe I am not there to experience what all these people are complaining about, but I really like this gym. It is clean, its not too busy and the lady working in the morning is really nice and attentive but not all up in your business. 150% better than my experience at LA Fitness where they chase you around and beg you to sign up for $200/monthly personal training while youre trying to work out.

Ive been with Blast for a while now and I have really enjoyed it. Its a nice clean environment and staff is always there to answer any questions or to help out with whatever is needed. Machines and equipment are kept up to date and clean as well as group x room and womens only area. They have recently added a Personal Training area and their programs are very affordable! Highly recommend this gym

They are not even worth one star. Customer service is horrible. They will gladly sign you up in the facility. When you want to cancel you have to send a company a cancelation letter and blah blah blah. Why should the customer have to jump through hoops to cancel it. They are money hungry. Beware! ABC financial is their billing place. They are just as worthless. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This location needs some T & C, Employees doesnt care about the gym and they close early on Saturdays and Sundays. Their equipment is very old and most of the machines are broken. please fix this location before it goes out of business. as blast fitness member i would like to see this gym renovated like other blast fitness around Chicago.

They are fraud and charging annual fees and they don;t give respect to customer. when ever you joined like they said ,free annual ,then go to agreement then they have annual fees. comes baby sitting not that great..we feel its cheap ,but to the same time no worth tie.. it prefer not to join any one and dont waste money to..

Came here Monday, April 17th at 5:30am. No one is working and people have been sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for employees. This happens often. Either let everyone know you wont be open or hire people who can be there in time to open. You are lucky you are cheap.

Price is great! Machines are good! I love that they have fans! Kids love going to the Kids Club while I work out. We have a brady bunch family so that alone is amazing there is no restriction on family memberships (also great deals for memberships)! Cant get any better than that!

Signed up about 8 months ago. Was very pleased with the gym. Cheap monthly price with decent workout equipment. Loved how they also had a sauna but wasnt happy when they recently removed it. Overall good gym for the money.

$20 a month, babysitting, awsome classes with very nice instructors, private womens only area, this place cant be beat, staff very friendly, some machines are out but Ive been to way worst plant gyms

Staff is immature.....all the time making fun on each other and on the customer too...sometime trying to take pictures of customers when they are doing workout..thats sucks...

this place is a dump. scared to drink out of the water fountains. nothing looks like its ever cleaned. alot of unfriendly people here as well. alot of broken and worn-out equipment

The gym plas worst ghetto music. Im surprised they have day care with the words playing there. Needs more cleaning. They cut hours at gym as well.

Great place with excellent equipment. Early closing on Friday and Saturday, and being closed Sunday are the only negatives, but are a big deal.

Very good gym, clean, new equipment. $10 a month is awesome! But there is an annual fee of $50 after your first month.
