Crossfit Breakout is more than just a workout group. Its like family. I have only been there for about 3 months and have never been around a more inspiring and dedicated group of people. These arent just fitness coaches, they literally can become your family, and also life coaches. They ensure you better your health and lifestyle without endangering yourself by not just letting you jump into lifting weights. They teach you the techniques and make sure your dont hurt yourself by overdoing it. Not only the coaches but the members are ALL friendly and helpful. Gym is organized, kept clean, and stocked up. Well worth the money spent. 18 years old or 53 (me) all can benefit by this organization.

Wow, What a great gym. The staff dedicates itself to professional training of the athletes. I could not do an overhead squat before going the the gym under the tutelage of the staff I have now perfected the movement. The members of the box are a family that urges each other to do well. This gym is the only place that I felt like it was a wolf pack getting leadership from the Alpha Male and Female. It felt like the military doing hard but with love for each other. The care about you the athlete point blank. If you want to get good this is the place to go point bland in the Buffalo Grove area.

We were drop ins from Oregon. The people were very friendly. The work out was great even in the humidity. The Coach was so knowledgeable in all the moves and made sure everyone was doing them right. The box was very clean and nice workout environment. Great box that we look forward to visiting again when in town.
