Gym is no different then others.not better, thouh you mistakenly may think so.thats the sell.managment are low skill labor.not intlagent.not managment skilled. Just labor.staff are low pay, part time, different employee daily.one or two reliable.loosly.thouh there are many, there useless.beyound the front desk.&thats even a bit much.trainers are no skill,no college required, not very intlagent.nor really know,or care to be,too concernd.weekend certificate.your hired.training staff think the got it,but there living at home with Mom&dad,in deadend jobs .clueless 20 year olds.or living with a trainer b.f. or g.f.broke.youll waste money on training and get no result.youll likley learn nothing becouse trainers dont realy care to or know too teach etc.the gym is pretensious, and a mix of clueless& silverspoon type lucky clueless.corprate are unconcerned, with anything.equipment brakes as elsewhere.maintanence staff are sub contractor type work@ all the clubs as needed.mostly milking time money due to no work, and work takes no time, they use there own trucks etc,for tax right offs..no reason to leave where your at, dont.its no better, the sell is it is.but the reality is its no better.thinking it is is the problem.if you want to workout, your honestly odd.want to get results its tough, due to over crowding, and 2 3 or more in a group.its a odd social mix.and tricky to navigate regularly.its better to stay away.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS GYM/COMPANY, regardless of the location. Stealing from disabled and hospitalized veterans is apparently their specialty. My dad signed up for an account a few years ago; after losing his leg 2 years ago, Ive been his P.O.A. and obviously he was no longer able to travel to or use the gym. Despite phone calls and emails with a copy of my paperwork as they demanded, they have repeatedly refused to cancel despite the fact that my dad couldnt get out on his own to go do it himself. Now the real kicker: my dad just died and they STILL refuse to stop charging him without a death certificate. ITS A GYM, NOT A BANK. And considering they never acknowledged the documents I sent before, it doesnt seem likely they are going to make this easy. They could just be kind and compassionate and cancel his account - but apparently that $20 a month is more important to them than the dignity and worth of an 80 year old man. Theyd rather charge a dead person than be humane. Im sure someone will answer this review from the company and try to save face by saying "oh please call us" - but you know what? It never should have gotten to this point. What a horrible business. Take your money elsewhere, preferably someplace that doesnt swindle the elderly.

I recently signed up to become a member at Xperience Fitness. Yesterday I went in for my JumpStart program. I met with a trainer. Overall that went well. Afterwards I was curious on pricing of the personal training sessions. I met the Sales Person, and that is exactly what he was.. focused on Sales. NO matter how many times I told him that this was not something I could afford he kept pushing and pushing. I felt so uncomfortable. I started to have an anxiety attack and was so anxious that I have considered cancelling my membership right on the spot. When I finally was able to get him to understand that I would not be purchasing a training session, he basically disregarded me ( I was no longer worth his time). It has been hard enough getting to the gym, and feeling awkward this just made it so much worse. The gym it self seems like a nice place.. I would give that 3 out of 5 stars. But this experience has made me weary.

Xperience fitness at this location is great. Staff always says hello and goodbye, and that means a lot. Everything is new, doesn"t smell like a gym. Where can you go to get all this, tanning, pool, machines sauna, classes for 20 dollars. I had belonged to another one in past and was way more expensive, and didnt have many classes. Sure, stuff breaks down from time to time, but give them a chance to fix it, maybe waiting on a part to come in. I just want to say, that I am glad to find a club so nice and location is great for me. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK..

I occasionally use the gym for my workouts or to take a class. I love the people, but the gym is filthy! The group x room is terrible. When I instruct a class I run through the entire area with the already filthy floor mop. I went upstairs to train and there is miscellaneous equipment laying everywhere! I took pictures in the hopes of posting them. Xperience Fitness Greenfield , your facility is too ñew to look so old! Clean it up!

Sol is very professional. Our 1st gym time in a longtime. Joined a few days ago wentlastnight. She remembered us and re welcomed and before we left asked how everything went. Very clean place and thankfully doesnt smell like a gym. Locker rooms are spacious. Sauna is down but I think it will be ok. All workking equipment. We go late night no problems getting into anything. Included in that the tanning beds. ;)

Its nice gym but some of employees just listen but dont solve the problems. Sauna bath is broken since the Grand Opening and its almost 6 weeks, they havent fixed yet, not even apologize and if complain to Head Office, they dont take responsibility. So that means, there is no one there to listen you if there is any trouble comes. I referred 4 people and they all disappointed including me. Truth is bitter.

Dont waste your time. Gym way too crowded not to mention youll have to deal with your share of punk Twenty something muscleheads hogging all the equipment. This black guy tried starting a fight with me yesterday because i walked in front of him while he was admiring himself in the mirror...I notified staff and they were unsympathetic or helpful. Im switching to Anytime Fitness

During new years resolution season the gym was way too full and I agree with other people saying people r messy. I complained to a group of employees and saw them go clean the weight area. However, Ive seen some trainers treat equipment poorly such as standing on dumbell handles. Ive been to many gyms though and say theres a lot of equipment to use when packed so Im happy.

I love the mix of people. Kind and civil. Though, the culture here is sloppy. They dont clean up themselves. They must think their mom works there... But the facility is prefect. Even when its in prime time, high traffic (17:00-19:00) there is still room to workout. There is always an option. I recommend joining here. But the members need a lesson in CLEAN UP!

It has been the best experience as far as xperience gyms. The staff are nice. The locker rooms are clean and the space is fairly large. In my experience at other gyms the staff seems a bit a judgy, and I havent gotten that vibe here as much. The only downfall is for swimmers. I wish the pool was a bit bigger and they had the swimmer boards not just noodles.

Good gym but small for the amount of people that go there. I have been in the afternoons and now have switched to mornings. Mornings are less crowded. People really need to reracktheir weights. Honestly if I were staff I saw someone not putting their weights back I would say something.
