First the owner has NO concept of customer service as well as acts like a condescending jerk. Repairs took twice as long as they should have. At no time did Rick try to make it right or even apologize. He actually asked why i was upset. Second, I am quite sure they are con-artists. They insisted on keeping our van for another 2 to 3 days for an oil change stating that they couldnt get the oil plug loose and needed to replace the whole oil pan and had to wait all that time for the VW dealership to deliver.... from down the street! They refused to order unless they kept possession of the van on a pre-approved warranty repair although the van was fit to drive. I got approval to take the van elsewhere.... aka Pepboys, who got the oil plug loose with barely any effort! I personally saw the plug and didnt show any scratches.Thirdly, they were unprofessional enough to constantly throw my Warranty company under the bus and bad mouth them. Lastly, they endangered me and my family by failing to tighten (beyond a finger tighten) all the lug nuts on the drivers side front tire. If Id gotten on the highway, we could have lost the tire! Luckily, we heard a weird noise and thought to check the lugs. We are taking the van in to Pepboys in the morning to make sure there wasnt any damage done due to their negligence to the new rotors, brakes, caliper and tires Meineke just installed. Im calling their corporate office on this joke of a franchise after I get the complete report from Pepboys. I want the owner (who incidentally was the person I was dealing with the whole time) held completely accountable.

Owner of this location has a lot integrity....For a while I had been driving on a tire that was ill fitted for my truck (thanks to the previous mechanic) and an extreme bad case of needing a new wheel bearing for my front right tire. The tire itself would not come off...it took about three-four men to bang it off. At first I was so worried they would give up, but they, including the owner and the owners son worked for HOURS. My truck now? Runs beautifully! Also, the price was extremely affordable and fair. My appointment was very early at 7:30 a.m. and right away I was taken in with no wait. (Be on time though) :). On a scale of 1-10, I rate this shop an 11 for how hard they worked to keep their promise of fixing my truck. Father, son, daughter all are incredibly nice folks.. Do take your car here....

Highly recommend this place! Having to put too much coolant in my van, repeatedly, I knew my radiator was not doing well. After several tests which clearly showed leakage, Meineke ordered a new radiator and negotiated a great price for me. The new radiator works great! Meineke was able to show me the origin of the leaks in the old radiator and also showed me a lot of rusting. Im thrilled and so happy more damage was not done by not taking my car to Meineke in time. They are the best. Gotta say, its great to be able to trust a mechanic and I do!

Awesome Service! I called in this morning to see what it would cost to have my AC unit checked out. Spoke with Rick over the phone. He asked me what was going on with it, and told me to bring it in so he could check it out. Not to mention he said at my earliest convenience. I came down with the car and they diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the service and the low costs to fix the problem. Will definitely be back if I ever need more assistance and will always refer people to the establishment.

Service was honest and prompt. There are always opportunities for automotive repair shops to misrepresent the problem in order to sell more parts and repair hours. But Meineke dont do it. They will tell you whats going on, and if they can fix it without replacing something, they will offer that option. In this particular case, they re-programmed a door module, where they could have simply told me that it failed and needed to be replaced. I appreciate the honesty, and the cost savings.

Ive been here twice and both times were very positive experiences, they are very friendly and they seem very honest. I came here for a flat (low pressure) tire and they were able to patch it up for cheap and get me back on the road. A few weeks later for a low pressure message again and they explained to me that because of the sudden change in weather it was causing my sensors to go crazy (which I should have known) no charge for this one, great guys! I would definitely go back.

I went in to get a vehicle inspection done on a car I was considering buying. The guys at Meineke were great. Not only did they point out some major issues with the car for me, but they were also very insightful on explaining what was wrong and what would be needed to repair. Their knowledge and assistance was very helpful in making my decision on the car and Im grateful that I came here to get it checked.

Ive brought my car her twice for regular brake work (pads, smooth rotors). Never had an issue, price is very reasonable. Always dealt with Rick on the phone and in person. He is professional, courteous, and give accurate estimates in price and time. There are also coupons you can print off online. Highly recommend. The customer service at this location is A+.

HAD A DUAL EXAUST SYSTEM INSTALLED ON MY 2016 JEEP WRANGLER, and COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED. RICK, and DAVE ARE GREAT TO DEAL WITH. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MEINEKE STORE FOR ANY SERVICE. TWO VERY CAR SAVY GUYS.

Had a great experience here. I heard a strange sound coming from my front right side of my car, 2003 Grand Prix. The tech was able to identify the problem quickly and I was out in no time. I found my new shop.
