When you look for a place to workout/train you think of location, class schedules, quality of training AND equipment availability! This place is INCREDIBLE! Everyone whos working out there is having fun but taking it serious at the same time! I compete and i know champions when i see them! This place is full of champions!! I felt comfortable from the beginning. Its got free weights and cardio like a gym. Quality programs, AND its right off of rt.12 and lake cook!! They have a ton of instructors. Bravo, RUMI MAKI!

This is one of the best gyms I have ever attended; the people here are more than just staff they are friends. and they know their craft. Every teacher I have in the different classes I attend are competent AND patient. This gym will make you want to come back for class after class and then stay to talk to friends. I cant say enough great things about them. They also have boxing events to see their fighters compete. A lot of fun to be ringside with out breaking the bank.
