If I sum up my experience with these people only CROOKS comes to mind. Went for Alignment, I was told I need four tires and my wheel is bent. And my car will shake cause of these two factors. And it will cost me $1200. My car did started shaking after I got out of this place which wasnt was issue when I got there. Ironically I had a flat tire couple of hours later. I was going to go back to these people but on my there I saw a tire repair shop. I was told by the flat tire people that there was no nail in my tire but someone has put the tire backwards on the rim and has not put enough air so the wall of the tire was not seating on the wheel properly that the reason the tire lost air. As to why these people removed my tires is a mystery. Cause I only went to this place for alignment. After installing the tire correctly my car was not shaking anymore. And it only cost me $20.

I have a 2005 vehicle that has been maintained regularly by Suburban Tire Roselle, and the former store it was. Certain personnel are the same, in particular Mike, who has always treated us well. My vehicle now has over 173,000 miles on it, with many proper and well executed repairs along the way. On occasion, something wasnt perfect, but without hesitation, those were corrected properly, and without charge. I have found them to be upstanding, informative and have kept me on the road. Thanks.

My experience ...VERY DISAPPOINTING and a waste of my time Brought my car in for a simple alignment. After the job was "done", my camber was still way off spec. Alignment =caster,camber,toe. The Service writer wanted an Additional 120$, to put the car back on the rack, and adjust the camber, which should have been done in the first place DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.. Those adjustments are all part of a proper alignment, not extra

These guys are the best! Theyve helped me out of a jam numerous times, will always squeeze me in to check a problem with my car, and are super nice! They have always been honest and their prices are very fair. I shopped around a ton before buying new tires and ended up back here for the best deal and best service. I have been going here for the last 7 years and will continue to do so. Highly recommend them!

Great service, Great prices, nice waiting room. Love my new tires, so far (only just got them). I dont mind paying for some extras when I know other places charge more for the same and Im not being gouged. A great selection of tires, so I could really get what I wanted instead of being sold the most common brand. What they dont have, theyll get.

The gentleman at the front desk were very kind. The job was done quickly. I didnt feel taken advantage of and they were very forthcoming about pricing, as asked. I like that. I didnt get extra stuff I didnt need. I even jokingly asked if they accepted AARP and got a discount

they are way to over priced and charge you double for the price of parts not happy with this place at all they take advantage of people who dont know the difference and charge ridiculous prices for their services. would not recommend to friends at all
