I had to get my sway bar replaced. I knew this as I heard a pop and saw it hanging down. I had this happen to another car I owned so, I had experience with this issue. I worked with the manager who wrote up my ticket. She quoted me a price and I was on my way. I get a call about an hour later. It is the mechanic. First he tells me my battery needs to be replaced. I had just had it replaced 3 weeks ago so, I know he is full of it and I am tell him as much. Then he tells me my wipers are old. Also nonsense as I replaced them around the same time as the battery. Lastly, he says he inspected the brakes and the pads need replaced. I had them replaced in June.I then tell the mechanic in no uncertain terms I dont appreciate the up-selling and I would appreciate it if he would just fix the issue I came in to get fixed. It was indeed fixed but I was a tad angry about what happened. I then call the Firestone 800 number and explain what happened. I get a case number and am told a manager will contact me within 48 hours. I never get a call. I call back and am told a different manager will be calling me within 48 hours. Again no one calls me. A full week later I call back yet again. I am somewhat irritated at this point and explain now I am going to contact the BBB which I have indeed done. As of today 3 weeks after I had this issue no one has called me back. I didnt want my money back or anything like that. I just wanted someone to acknowledge this bad business practice and address the situation. I guess that was too much to ask. Avoid this location and this company at all costs

Two reasons for this rating: 1- I took my car in for an inspection. The "service engine soon" light was on. They came up with over ten errors and over 25 reasons as to what could have caused the errors. I am sure they would have been happy to do a detailed diagnostic for $90+ and would have loved to repair for hundreds of dollars or more. Since this looked bogus to me, I waited till Monday and took the car to my trusted auto repair shop. They inspected the car and said that when my battery was replaced three months earlier by AAA, they (or the car itself) did not reset the computer and thats why the light is on. They reset it and problem solved. $50 is all it cost me. The Firestone technicians and customer service people were not able to diagnose such a simple issue. 2- The customer service lady at Firestone needs training in customer service. She took me aside in the customer waiting area and started reading me the report loud and rudely. I had no idea why she was being so obnoxious. She kept saying "by law" I have to tell you this and "by law" I have to tell you that. Hey lady, you are just a customer service rep and not a Supreme Court Judge. Start being a bit more polite and respectful to your customers if you want them to come back. This was my first and last visit to this Firestone. Had enough.

I had a previous bad experience with another Firestone so I was hesitant to use them again. I had a completely different experience at this location. Ive been going to this location for 5 years now and they are great. They work with my budget and have gone out their way to help save me money. They do a great job of alerting me to future repairs so that I can plan accordingly. They do get very busy at times so be patient if you dont have an appointment.

This is the best Firestone Auto service place in Naperville and Lisle area. I had Brian took care of my vehicle. He greeted with a smile and honesty. You just cannot find anything like this in Naperville area. I would service all of my vehicles here. If youre not sure about this review, try reading them on other review sites. I got there at 9 am. There was no one attending the front desks. I was asking for an inspection on my car and they couldnt take a look till 2 pm. There were only 2 customers waiting. To top it off the army lady that helped me was letting her frustrations out on me. I had to leave.

These people had no customers first thing in the morning when I was there for over an hour they did not know what they were talking about and tried to lie to me and I didnt trust them not to mess up my car on purpose they kept telling lies

Ive gone here when Ive needed new tires or a realignment. The staff was friendly and helpful. The times when my car has needed to be in there for longer, the manager had someone drive me back to my apartment and bring my car to me later.

Friendly staff. They did not have the tire listed on the internet. Instead of pushing a more expensive tire on me they called another local store that had what I needed.
