Im not satisfied with their abysmal service. They forgot to add a component to my car when it was ready for pick up. They call themselves a middle man between the customer and the insurance adjuster but its very apparent that they lean towards the adjusters opinion while dealing with customers. I had close to 40$ in one dollar bills in the center console storage and all that vanished after my car was returned back to me. If you value good service and a good repair job stay the F away from these guys. They seem to be making a mockery out of the phrase a "A family owned business" because the way the dealt with me was the exact opposite of how family owned businesses treat their customers. There are definitely better auto body shops in the area and if you value your car it would be prudent to give these guys a pass.

Mike of Body Builders is a GREAT leader. He is a stand up guy that will do you right. As his vendor, I also know that he uses the latest technology to do the job the right way and according to the latest in industry standards. You can count on your vehicle not rusting around the windows in 12 months, as is often the case of traditional tools for auto glass work. Highly recommend. I was side swiped on the highway and dropped my car off there. They are great at communicating (you can decide if you want email or phone call updates). Not only did they do an amazing job fixing my car and making it look brand new again but they also finished my car sooner than expected cleaned my interior and washed my car. They are the only body shop I know that truly takes care of their customers

Highly recommended. Needed a second opinion on whether my car should be declared total loss. Joe from the team actually dropped by to my place and checked on my car! He answered all my questions and provided a lot of good advices. Will definitely use them for repair services in the future!

My 2015 Nissan Altima car was side swiped by someone and we went through her insurance to get it fixed. At first they stated that it would take about 6 days to fix. They send updates via email. Long story short, they fixed my car in 2 days and even cleaned my interior. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
