I came in to get an Alignment on my Truck. After an hour or so, they tell me that I need new Tie-Rods ... I tell them that I will get a 2nd opinion and they charge me for the Alignment. I go to Sears to get a 2nd opinion and sure enough, I do need new Tie-Rods ... but here is the rub, I learned that it is impossible to properly Align a vehicle when new Tie-Rods are needed. With this information, I called two other Mechanic Shops in Michigan City and both of them said the exact same thing ... so, why was I charged for something that I did not receive??? Do not go here! I just learned that their only Mechanic is not Certified ... he just has "years of experience".

The technicians at the store went beyond expectation to help me out on a Friday evening at closing time! They checked the brake fluid when my brakes had overheated while driving through Chicago-Indiana traffic. I would recommend this Auto Repair center to everyone!

Charged us $40 for a diagnosis of a problem that we already knew. Just wanted a quote. Have never been charged for a diagnosis or estimate at the Valparaiso branch. Very unhappy with the customer service at the Michigan City location.

I HAVE FINALLY FOUND A CAR GUY I CAN TOTALLY TRUST,,,,I HAVE A SUBARU AND THEY HAVE DONE ALL THE WORK ON IT,,,THEY GIVE ME AN ITEMIZED LIST OF PARTS AND COST,,NOT MANY PLACES DO THAT. SO I WANT TO THANK THEM..!!!
