i went to Firestone Tires because my car was over heating and i didnt konw why. so i go there and they tell me that i needed to replace my fan asssembly. they told me that one of my fans kept turning off and on, which was causing the over heating. i said "how much is it" they said it was gonna be around $650.00 out the door. i didnt have that kinda of money, so i just paid them for the diagnosis which was $60.00 and left. i know a mechanic and he put a fan assembly in for a really good price. after he did that, it was still over heating. and he could not figure out why. so i took it to another guy and he had my car for a day and a half and HE figured out what the problem was. come to find out it was my thermostat that was bad. now heres the thing, Firestone Tires was gonna charge me $650.00 dollars for a new fan assembly and that was NOT even the problem!! they told me they pressure tested it and everything else "looked great!" on the paper they gave me it even says they checked ... car was over heating and i didnt konw why. i looked them up and the reviews looked ok. so i go there and they tell me that i needed to replace my fan asssembly. they told me that one of my fans kept turning off and on, which was causing the over heating. i said "how much is it" they said it was gonna be around $650.00 out the door. i didnt have that kinda of money, so i just paid them for the diagnosis which was $60.00 and left. i know a mechanic and he put a fan assembly in for a really good price. after he did that, it was still over heating. and he could not figure out why. so i took it to another guy and he had my car for a day and a half and HE figured out what the problem was. come to find out it was my thermostat that was bad. now heres the thing, firestone was gonna charge me $650.00 dollars for a new fan assembly and that was NOT even the problem!! they told me they pressure tested it and everything else "looked great!" on the paper they gave me it even says they checked the thermostat operation!!! WHICH WAS THE PROBLEM!! oh yeah the guy that REALLY fixed my car tested the fan that they said was "bad" and there was nothing wrong with it!! so what were they gonna do, charge me for the fan assembly, which was not the problem. then i would have to come back and then they would charge me for all the other guessing they would have done. who knows what it would have came out too. i think that was really shady and i even looked up fan assembly on line and they were, at the most, $270.00. i would always recommend a second opinion no matter where you would go. but i would NOT recommend firestone to anyone!! kinda shady from what i see!

I took my Nissan to them, they had it for a full 24 hours. Granted, they did a lot to it. I called ahead of time and explained I would need full maintenance and asked when the best time to bring it in would be. They said anytime. Ok, brought it down. They called me back not too long after and explained the list of what would need to be done. Called back an hour before close and they didnt get to the car since they had more in before mine, that I can understand. My problem is that after picking up my car exactly 24 hours after it being there, they couldnt even put my front tie rods on properly, the oil they changed looked more used then the oil I left my car with, and on top of that they didnt mention anything about my front drivers side hub cap needing to be replaced (umm yea thats kind of important). Shortly after, my crankshaft sensor went out. So much for full maintence. Basically feel like I paid a good chunk of money for them to goof off instead of do their job. Oh, on top of that there is a leak in my power steering fluid line.

Dropped car off for an alignment, called me an hour later and said i needed a lower ball joint which was going to be $293 plus tax, so i said go ahead and replaced it. All together i spent about $434 for that and the alignment. i drove my car around the next day and noticed my brake pedal was vibrating everytime i stepped on it so i keep driving then my ABS light comes on. i pulled up to my house took the tire off the side they worked on and there is grease everywhere, ball joint that was replaced was ripped up and my cv axle was new and the boot looked like it just been crushed. i called up there and took it back and it was free of charge. Drove on the interstate and call was pulling to the left harder then before the alignment and i had grease all over my wheel when i pulled up to work. Took my tire off and the Cv axle boot was ripped leaking grease! Cmon i just got raped out of $400. Never again now i gotta fix my cv axle boot and go somewhere else to get an alignment because i dont trust them anymore.

Be prepared to wait for a very long time with or without an appointment. First visit I made an appointment and was there almost all day. 2nd visit I was an early morning drop in for a tire repair and was there for several hours. My repair turned into a replacement and the tire was not in stock. The no longer carried the tires that I had a warranty on so I had to pay for a brand new more expensive one. The lady who worked with me was apologetic and good, otherwise I would have rated this store as 1 star

THE WORST PLACE EVER, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR TO COME BACK AND CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY. I WENT THERE TO CHANGE OIL AND BALANCE THE TIRE NEXT DAY THE OIL WAS ALL OVER THE GROUND, THE TIRES WERE OUT NOT BALANCED, THEY SAID THAT WAS EMPLOYEE MISTAKE, THEN I FOUND OUT THEY DAMAGED THE AIR RIDE SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR. AND NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME OVER $600 FOR THEIR EMPLOYEE MISTAKE. THEY MESSED UP MY SUV AND THE MANGER KEEP SAYING WE DID NOT. THE WORST PLACE EVER.

Absolute great service. Their prices are fair, and the service was second to none. I called around Murfreesboro to find a place to chek out my s10. Everyone wanted 60 to 90 bucks just to look at it. Obviously they didnt want my business. Firestone checked out my truck for 17 bucks, and was honest with me throughout the whole process. Stating that some stuff needed to be done, but those things didnt NEED to be done right now. Great place, and I will reccommend this place to anyone, thanks guys

They told me it would take 30-45 minutes to mount and balance the new tires I brought in. It took 3 hours, and my car was up on the rack for nearly 2 with no one working on it at ALL most of that time. Additionally, once I got on the interstate I realized my new tires are NOT properly balanced. I will have to take it somewhere else and spend more money to get it balanced. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend taking your car to this location.
