Billy at Auto Save is the BEST!! (& Steve is great too!) My teenage son was driving through on a road trip vacation when his jeep acted up. I, (mom), spoke with Billy on the phone and he personally reassured me he would figure out the problem and take care of it. Billy called me and gave a detailed explanation of the problem, making sure I understood and then he was able to fix it in a timely manner. Billy saved us money by trying, (& successfully), fixing the problem first versus just going ahead and replacing parts. I would use Billy and Steve for all my mechanic needs if I didnt live 3 hours away. I highly recommend Auto Save because they truly are honest, fair, very nice and fix the problem without giving you the run around. THANK YOU Billy!

Took my car in and they diagnosed one thing to a tune of $1200. Decided to take it for a second opinion somewhere else. Diagnosis was not the same as Auto Save said and the fix was less than $300. Saved over $900 by getting a second opinion. I believe my problem would have still existed after Auto Saves repair and would have cost me more money. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Billy and his staff are always excellent with help, extremely fair with prices, and quick with service. When I moved to Prattville, I took my daughters car to another local tire/auto repair for a brake job. Was very dissatisfied with their work. Took her car to Auto Save and the brakes problem was corrected and a lot less expensive than other dealer.
