After spending thousands of dollars on tires and batteries from Wal Mart since 1993, will will never buy tires or batteries from them as long as I live. I was refused service today on a rotate and balance of the tires I bought from them, and for which I paid for free rotation and balance. The young lady and the technician said the car was unsafe and hard to stop. Ive owned that car for 9 years and drive it daily. No more. If they wont do the work I need them to do, I will find someone else.

Better Origins

LAZINESS, UNWILLINGNESS. Ill never go back there. 1) The workers are lazy and take forever. 2) Walmart will use ANY excuse not to rotate your tires. Any small blemish and theyll call them too unsafe to rotate, and expect you to purchase new ones. I will, just NOT THERE any more.

went to get my oil changed waited for 10 mins at the little station for someone to come help me .. noone showed so went inside and was telling the guy what i needed done when a mechanic came out and said NO MORE CARS and walked out so they wont change my oil really annoying

I was left on the phone for a very long time. Knowing someone could have answered my call. Which was annoying. Especially since ive worked there before knowing theyre NEVER that busy to not be able to answer a phone call. I do not recommend any of wal-marts tire shops.
