We were riped off to the tune of $700 for repairs that were done at the Clinton Iowa Firestone store. Shocks were installed on Our 2005 Nissan Altima. The shocks were heavy duty and were for a truck. The tires that were installed were not compatible on a light weight car. The shocks installed on the back also not compatible with the weight of the car.. Causing the front shocks to leak and would eventually need to be replaced. Needless to say. We will never recommend that anyone take their vehicles for tires or repairs to this facility.

My car wouldnt start so I had it towed here to get it fixed. I was informed that there was an issue with the computer system and Id have to get it down to the dealer to have it fixed. I contacted TMP Autos in Camache, and they were able to get it over to their shop and get it fixed up in a gif at a good rate. Firestone was decent about letting my car be there while I figured something out. Id highly recommend TMP Autos for any problems with an unclear solution.

Very nice guy working the counter. I like that they will tell you when something needs to be attended to on your car but dont pressure you to get it done there. I got an oil change using a coupon I got in the mail. Otherwise I dont think it would be very affordable. I just call a few days ahead to make an appointment.
